Oracle Appreciation Event Package*$325

The Oracle Appreciation Event is a perfect opportunity to network, celebrate, and rock out on Treasure Island. It will feature top acts in rock and roll, world-class cuisine, and a river of liquid refreshment. Your Oracle PartnerNetwork Exchange @ OpenWorld package does not include the Oracle Appreciation Event; purchase this add-on so that you can join other Oracle conference attendees at the event (limit is one package per person). Other packages, including MySQL Connect and Discover, can purchase one package in order to join the celebration on Wednesday night.

MySQL Connect Tutorials$300

MySQL is offering a full day of tutorials delivered by Oracle's MySQL Engineers. By participating you will have the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge, directly from the source. Our Oracle MySQL Engineers will be covering the basics, including background and features of MySQL, installing MySQL, "talking" to MySQL, MySQL's architecture, storage engines, datatypes and log files. In addition, we will discuss security with MySQL, backups and monitoring of the system. This is an additional package for purchase when registering for MySQL Connect. You cannot attend this tutorial without a MySQL Connect registration pass.

Oracle San Francisco 2013 Carbon Offset Program$10

Oracle OpenWorld is making a financial commitment to offset 100 percent of carbon dioxide emissions from venue energy, ground shuttles, portable power generation, freight, and event waste to landfill. We encourage attendees to join us and offset their hotel stay and travel to and from the event by making a contribution to our carbon offset fund. This package offsets 2,000 pounds of greenhouse gas emissions—enough to balance one long-haul flight and three hotel nights. Funds collected from this add-on purchase will go toward TerraPass carbon offset programs. This is an important part of running Oracle OpenWorld as a sustainable conference. We thank you for your participation in helping us reach our goals. Please note that this program is voluntary, but you must opt-out if you do not wish to participate.

Group Pass Purchase

Register as a Group and Save

If you plan to register two or more attendees for Oracle PartnerNetwork Exchange, take advantage of the group purchase option. Purchases must be prepaid by credit card; the purchaser will receive a priority code for each registration purchased. The purchaser can then give out the priority codes to whomever will be attending (from their company or user group, for example), and people can register at their convenience using the priority code that they have been given.

Register 5 or more attendees and receive a savings of up to 20 percent off the price of each registration. Register 14 or more attendees and receive a savings of up to 28 percent off. The more passes you purchase, the greater the discount. Note: for convenience you can use the group purchase option to buy four registrations in a single credit card transaction, but only five or more registrations earn a discount.

Visa Invitation Letter

Within the registration process, you will be asked if you need a letter of invitation. Select "Yes" and be prepared to provide your passport and embassy information. Once your registration is completed, visa letters will be processed as soon as the registration is paid in full and all of the required information has been received. Please note that visa letters will not be processed for Discover packages. Attendees are responsible for submitting the visa application to their local consulate or embassy.

Substitutions

Substitutions must be requested by sending an e-mail to the Oracle PartnerNetwork Exchange registration team at OpenWorldReg@gpj.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrants. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific) on September 20, 2013. Onsite substitutions will incur a US$100 processing fee.

Cancellations

Refund policy does not apply to packages with no registration fees. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant. All cancellations must be received via e-mail sent to the Oracle PartnerNetwork Exchange registration team at OpenWorldReg@gpj.com. Refunds will not be given to attendees who do not pick up their badge credentials onsite.

• Full refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00 p.m. (Pacific) on August 2, 2013.
• 50% refund: Cancellations must be received between August 2, 2013 and 5:00 p.m. (Pacific) August 23, 2013.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. (Pacific) on August 23, 2013.

Registration Add-On packages are subject to the cancellation dates and policies above. The following conditions also apply:

• Refunds will not be given if the Add-On package has been opened or accessed.
• Refunds will not be given for the conference materials Add-On package if those materials are picked up onsite.

Onsite Reprints for Lost Badges

If you lose your badge onsite, it can be reprinted for a processing fee of US$75. Just go to any registration counter and provide a valid photo ID.
