Definition: Used to store the client created flex forms.

ACTION DOUBLE Y This is an integer that is assigned to the form to tell the engine what this forms actual 'action' will be.
ACTIVE_IND DOUBLE Y The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc.
ACTIVE_STATUS_CD DOUBLE Y Indicates the status of the row itself (not the data in the row) such as active, inactive, combined away, pending purge, etc.
ACTIVE_STATUS_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time that the active_status_cd was set.
ACTIVE_STATUS_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE Y The person who caused the active_status_cd to be set or change.
BEG_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time for which this table row becomes effective. Normally, this will be the date and time the row is added, but could be a past or future date and time.
DESCRIPTION VARCHAR(255) Y This is the caption of the form or name of it.
END_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME N The date/time after which the row is no longer valid as active current data. This may be valued with the date that the row became inactive.
FLEX_DATA_SOURCE_ID DOUBLE Y This id is stamped by the form builder so we can tell if what data source a given form belongs to.
FLEX_FORM_ID DOUBLE N This is a sequence that is assigned to each form as needed.
FUNCTION DOUBLE Y This is used by the engine and is selectable in the Flex Tool to tell us which function a particular form fulfills.
HEIGHT DOUBLE Y This is the value in twips of the forms height.
ICON_INDEX DOUBLE Y This is the icon_index of the particular form. No longer used.
LONG_TEXT_ID DOUBLE Y This is a id that tells us which icon we have stored for this form.
PRODUCT DOUBLE Y This column will allow us to differentiate between different product groups and their data.
TASK DOUBLE Y This is a number that coincides with a task number that we can use for security reasons to lock out a given user.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.
UPDT_TASK DOUBLE N The registered (assigned) task number for the process that inserted or updated the row.
WIDTH DOUBLE Y This is the value in twips of the width of the flex form.

JSON_VALUE_TXT LONGBLOB Y Value used for configuration as a JSON.
JSON_VRSN_TXT VARCHAR(20) Y A version of the JSON schema must held in a separate Oracle column externalized from the JSON itself. The JSON version will change as the schema of the JSON changes.
KEY_NAME VARCHAR(50) N Key used to identify the configuration item.
LAST_MODIFIED_DT_TM DATETIME N The date that the configuration was last modified.
LAST_MODIFIED_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N Foreign key, Unique generated number that identifies a single row on the PRSNL table. Last person that modified the row.
LOGICAL_DOMAIN_ID DOUBLE N The unique identifier for a logical domain. This identifier allows the data to be grouped by logical domain. For example, If you assign clients a logical_domain_id this would allow you to store data for multiple clients on this table.
MULTI_CONFIG_NBR DOUBLE N Use to prevent duplicates when configuration has no entry in the HIM_CONFIG_INDEX table.
SUBGROUP_NAME VARCHAR(50) N Name used to identify a sub group of configuration items.
