Description: Scheduling Date List
Definition: Stores all the dates associated to a scheduling date set.

Column Detail - SCH_DATE_LIST


Column Name Type Null? Definition
ACTIVE_IND DOUBLE N The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc.
SCH_DATE_DT_TM DATETIME N The date associated to the date set.
SCH_DATE_LIST_ID DOUBLE N The unique primary key of this table. It is internally genreated.
SCH_DATE_SET_ID DOUBLE N The ID of the date set this date is associated to. It is the primary key of the SCH_DATE_SET table.
SCH_DATE_TXT VARCHAR(20) N This is the date associated to a date set but stored in a text form. This is done to ensure RDDS can correctly merge this column across domains. The value into his column should be the same as the value in SCH_DATE_DT_TM.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.
UPDT_TASK DOUBLE N The registered (assigned) task number for the process that inserted or updated the row.

Definition: Stores information about a scheduling date set. A date set is a group of dates associated to a scheduling template.

ACTIVE_IND DOUBLE N The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc.
DATE_SET_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N Used to identify the type of date set. Some examples are personal holiday and public holiday.
DEF_SCHED_ID DOUBLE N The ID of the default schedule associated to this date set. It is the primary key of the SCH_DEF_SCHED table.
DESCRIPTION VARCHAR(200) N The description of the date set.
INCLUDE_IND DOUBLE N Indicates if the resource or resource group should be included or excluded in the display.
INFO_SCH_TEXT_ID DOUBLE N An ID to the LONG_TEXT_REFERENCE table used to associate information only text to this date set.
LOGICAL_DOMAIN_ID DOUBLE N The unique identifier for a logical domain. This identifier allows the data to be grouped by logical domain. For example, If you assign clients a logical_domain_id this would allow you to store data for multiple clients on this table.
MNEMONIC VARCHAR(100) N A string used for identification and selection of the date set.
MNEMONIC_KEY VARCHAR(100) N The MNEMONIC stored in uppercase with the non-alphanumeric characters removed.
SCH_DATE_SET_ID DOUBLE N The unique primary key of this table. It is internally generated.

BEG_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time for which this table row becomes effective. Normally, this will be the date and time the row is added, but could be a past or future date and time.
CANDIDATE_ID DOUBLE N A sequence-generated number to uniquely identify the specific row in the database.
DEF_SCHED_ID DOUBLE N The identifier for a default schedule.
END_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date/time after which the row is no longer valid as active current data. This may be valued with the date that the row became inactive.
