Description: Control Material Lot
Definition: Defines the lot of a control material.

CONTROL_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies the specific control material with which the control lot is associated.
EXPIRATION_DT_TM DATETIME Y Defines the date and time the control material lot will expire and be unavailable for resulting.
LOT_FLAG DOUBLE Y Defines the status of the lot added to the control material.
LOT_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies a specific control lot.
LOT_NUMBER VARCHAR(200) Y Character description of the lot number as defined by the manufacturer of the lot.
MANUFACTURE_EXP_DT_TM DATETIME Y Defines the manufacture expiry date and time of the control material lot.
PREV_LOT_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies the lot previous to the current lot in order to see the relationship between lots.
RECEIVE_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time the control lot was received and implemented by the system.
SHORT_DESCRIPTION VARCHAR(20) Y Defines a short character description of the lot material. (Currently not implemented)
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.
UPDT_TASK DOUBLE N The registered (assigned) task number for the process that inserted or updated the row.

BLIND_SAMPLE_IND DOUBLE Y Indicates whether the material is defined for blind sampling. A value of 0 indicates the material is not defined for blind sampling. A value of 1 indicates the material is defined for blind sampling. (Currently not implemented)
CONTROL_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies a specific control material.
CONTROL_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N A unique code value that identifies a specific control type, such as high, low, normal, and so on.
DESCRIPTION VARCHAR(200) Y Character description of the control material.
MANUFACTURER_CD DOUBLE N A unique code value that identifies a specific control manufacturer.
SHORT_DESCRIPTION VARCHAR(20) Y Defines the short description of the control material for looking up a control.
SHORT_DESC_KEY VARCHAR(20) Y Defines the short description in uppercase with spaces and special characters removed. Used for sorting and checking the defined control materials.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.

Definition: Defines the parameters used in result entry for counting a differential cell count.

AUTO_CORRECT_ASSAY_CD DOUBLE N A unique code value that identifies a specific discrete task assay to be corrected automatically after a specified number of non-total cells has been exceeded.
AUTO_CORRECT_IND DOUBLE Y Indicates whether automatic correction is defined. A value of 0 indicates no automatic correction is defined. A value of 1 indicates an automatic correction is defined.
AUTO_CORRECT_VALUE DOUBLE Y Defines the number of non-total cells that need to be counted in order to invoke the automatic correction of the white blood count.
AUTO_CORRECT_VERF_IND DOUBLE N Indicates whether the status of the autocorrect procedure will be changed automatically to Corrected if it was verified previously. A value of 0 indicates no automatic correction of a verified result is defined. A value of 1 indicates an automatic correction of a verified result is defined.
AUTO_CRCT_CMT VARCHAR(200) Y Defines a free text comment to be appended to the footnote of the corrected procedure when the result entry application automatically corrects a result.
AUTO_CRCT_CMT_IND DOUBLE Y Indicates whether the automatic correct comment exists. A value of 0 indicates the automatic correct comment does not exist. A value of 1 indicates the automatic correct comment does exist.
CATALOG_CD DOUBLE N A unique code value that identifies the specific order catalog procedure for which differential counting will be performed.
COUNT_LABEL VARCHAR(30) Y Defines the label to be displayed over the counting column of the differential result entry function.
DEFAULT_COUNT DOUBLE Y Defines the default number of cells to be counted for a given differential cell count.
DIF_REF_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies a specific differential reference row.
INSTR_LABEL VARCHAR(30) Y Defines the label to be displayed above the instrument section of the differential result entry application.
MORPH_LABEL VARCHAR(30) Y Defines the label to be displayed above the morphology section of the differential result entry application.
NORMALIZE_IND DOUBLE Y Indicates whether the cell count should be normalized to 100. A value of 0 indicates the cell count will not be normalized to 100. A value of 1 indicates the cell count will be normalized to 100.
OPT VARCHAR(20) Y Stores the option description for display and selection.
OPT_KEY VARCHAR(20) Y Stores the option in uppercase for checking duplicates and sorting.
SUBTRACT_KEY CHAR(1) Y Defines the key used to invoke the subtraction mode for differential cell counting in result entry.

COUNT_KEY CHAR(1) Y Defines the keyboard key used to count the defined procedure.
DIF_REF_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies a specific differential reference row. Creates a relationship to the differential reference table.
DISPLAY_NAME VARCHAR(10) Y Defines the display next to the discrete task assay procedure for the differential result entry application.
NON_TOTAL_IND DOUBLE Y Indicates whether the discrete task assay is to be included in the non-total cell count. A value of 0 defines the procedure to be included in the total cell count. A value of 1 defines the procedure to be included in the non-total cell count.
NON_TOTAL_TRIGGER_IND DOUBLE Y Indicates whether the non-total cell count should be used to determine if the defined calculation should be performed. A value of 0 indicates that this non-total cell count should not be used. A value of 1 indicates that this non-total cell count should be used. Note: Referenced only if the column NON_TOTAL_IND = 1.
POSITION_SEQ DOUBLE Y Defines the position in which the user saved the procedures when building them in the differential build tool.
PROC_TYPE_FLAG DOUBLE Y Defines the area of the screen in which the discrete task assay is to display in the differential result entry application.
TASK_ASSAY_CD DOUBLE N A unique code value that identifies a specific discrete task assay to be used in the differential result entry application.
