EXTERNAL_IDENT VARCHAR(36) Y Unique identifier of the consent in external systems
ORGANIZATION_ID DOUBLE N The identifier of the organization associated with the consent.
PERSON_ID DOUBLE N Unique identifier of the patient to which the consent applies .
PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N Personnel identifier of the personnel associated with the consent.
REASON_CD DOUBLE N Code Value indicating the reason the consent was created.;
