Definition: This reference table contains a single record for every correlation check for a report at a serviceresource that needs to occur.

CATALOG_CD DOUBLE N This field contains the internal identification code of the procedure to which the correlation is assigned. This could be used to join to the order_catalog table.
FAILURE_REASON_CD DOUBLE N This field contains the internal identification code assigned to the type of failure the correlation rule is checking.
FORMAT_CD DOUBLE N This field contains the internal identification code assigned to display format of the correlation message.
SERVICE_RESOURCE_CD DOUBLE N This field contains the internal identification code of the service resource to which the stain correlation rule is assigned. This could be used to join to the service_resource table.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.

MAX_SORT DOUBLE N This field identifies the maximum number of sort parameters that can be defined for a specific report.
MIN_SORT DOUBLE N This field identifies the minimum number of sort parameters that must be defined in order to execute a specific report.
REPORT_CD DOUBLE N This field contains the internal identification code of a Microbiology Statistical report. This could be used to join to the CODE_VALUE table.
TASK_NUMBER DOUBLE N This field identifies the task number (Task Security) that must be granted to a user's position in order to execute a specific report.

GROUP_RESPONSE_CD DOUBLE N This field identifies the code value of the group response code used to enter the responses for this report task. Group responses are defined on code set 1019.
GROUP_RESPONSE_ID DOUBLE N This field contains the internal identification code of the group response entered for the report task. This could be used to join to the MIC_GROUP_RESPONSE table.
NBR_OF_EPI DOUBLE Y This field is not used at this time.

NEW_PHRASE_IND DOUBLE Y This field identifies if the response code for this record should be displayed on a new line for patient reports and in inquiry applications. Valid values include: 0 = Response displays on current line. 1 = Response displays on new line.
ORG_TASK_LOG_ID DOUBLE N This field is used to correlate multiple responses to one task_log_id on the mic_task_log table.
POSITIVE_IND DOUBLE Y This field identifies whether or not the response has been defined as a positive report response. Valid values include: 0 = negative response 1= positive response

RESPONSE_CD DOUBLE N This field identifies the code_value of the detail report responses. Report responses are defined on code set 1022.
RESPONSE_CLASS_FLAG DOUBLE Y This field identifies the type of response used in issuing the report.
RESPONSE_DISPLAY_ORDER DOUBLE Y This field a value that determines the order in which the responses should be displayed on patient reports and in various applications.
RESPONSE_SEQ DOUBLE N The field contains a value that uniquely identifies each report response. This value will allow multiples of the same report response to be uniquely identified.
RESPONSE_TEXT VARCHAR(200) Y This field identifies free text information associated with the report task.
RESPONSE_TYPE_FLAG DOUBLE Y Denotes type of response.
TASK_LOG_ID DOUBLE N This field contains the unique value assigned to the report task from the mic_task_log table thus associating the report responses with the appropriate report task.

REPORT_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N The field contains the internal identification code assigned to the repot type stored on code_set 25211. This field identifies a report type that has a required filter for the associated filter.

Definition: This table contains the required tasks activity for an ordered procedure. When all required tasks are performed and verified for a procedure, it will be considered complete.

ANTIBIOTIC_CD DOUBLE N This field identifies the code value for the antibiotic. Antibiotics are defined on code set 1011.
CATALOG_CD DOUBLE N This field is not used at this time
COMPLETED_DT_TM DATETIME Y This field identifies the date and time the orderable procedure was completed.
COMPLETED_ID DOUBLE N This field identifies the ID of the person who completed the procedure. The completed_id corresponds to the person_id on the prsnl table, which identifies the user.
COMPLETION_IND DOUBLE Y This field is not used at this time.
DETAIL_CD DOUBLE N This field identifies the code value for the detail susceptibility procedure. Detail susceptibility procedures are defined on code set 1004.
DUE_DT_TM DATETIME Y This field identifies the date and time the ordered task should have been completed. This field iscalculated upon insertion of the row based upon the tat_minutes and tat_units_cd. If the task comes from the reference data (at order time) then it uses the culture_start_dt_tm in the calculation. If the task is added to this table from Microbiology Result Entry, then the task_dt_tm is used in the
ORDER_ID DOUBLE N This field contains the unique value assigned to each orderable procedure associated with an order. For example: if there are two procedures on the same accession number, then each procedure will have a unique order id.
ORGANISM_CD DOUBLE N This field identifies the code value of the organism associated with the required susceptibility task. Organisms are defined on code set 1021.
ORGANISM_SEQ DOUBLE N This field identifies a unique value for each organism code value entered. For example, if there are two GPC organisms associated with the orderable procedure the first GPC organism would have a sequence of 01 and the second GPC organism would have a sequence of 02.
REQUIRED_SEQ DOUBLE Y This field is not used at this time.
STATUS_CD DOUBLE N This field identifies the current status of the report or susceptibility task. The status code_value is from code set 1901 Result Status.
STATUS_FLAG DOUBLE Y This field indicates the status of the report task. Valid values include: 0 = Database defined required report 1 = Performed report 2 = Database defined pending report
TASK_CD DOUBLE N This field contains the code value assigned to the task. This code value can come from several code sets depending on the type of task entered. Task related code sets include: 65 = Susceptibility Methods 1000 = Reports
TASK_SEQ DOUBLE N This field identifies a unique value for each required task assigned to an orderable procedure.
TAT_MINUTES DOUBLE N This field identifies the turnaround time defined for the report task and determines when the laboratory expects this report task to be completed.
TAT_UNITS_CD DOUBLE N This field identifies the time unit (i.e., minutes, hours, days) associated with the Tat_minutes.
