Description: Stores historical information for review items used in Clinical Validation.
Definition: Stores status changes for review items used in Clinical Validation. Maintaining status changes for review items will provide a historical representation of life cycle of a review item.

Column Name Type Null? Definition
ACTIVE_IND DOUBLE N The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc.
ACTIVE_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N Indicates the status of the row itself (not the data in the row) such as active, inactive, combined away, pending purge, etc.
ACTIVE_STATUS_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time that the active_status_cd was set.
ACTIVE_STATUS_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N The person who caused the active_status_cd to be set or change.
BEG_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time for which this table row becomes effective. Normally, this will be the date and time the row is added, but could be a past or future date and time.
END_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date/time after which the row is no longer valid as active current data. This may be valued with the date that the row became inactive.
PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N Contains the internal identification code that uniquely identifies the personnel. This field is used to join to other tables such as PRSNL.
QUEUE_REVIEW_ID DOUBLE N Contains the internal identification code that uniquely identifies queue assignment item. This field is used to join to other tables such as PCS_QUEUE_ASSIGNMENT.
REVIEW_HISTORY_ID DOUBLE N Contains the internal identification code that uniquely identifies a review history item.
REVIEW_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N Status in relation to a specific user (Approved, Routed, Pending, ...). Code set 29161.
STATUS_DT_TM DATETIME N Date and time the status was changed.
STATUS_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N Contains the internal identification code that uniquely identifies the personnel initiating the status update. If a user is acting as a proxy, the prsnl_id will contain the original user id while this field will contain the proxy user id.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.

This option is applicable to Blood Bank Antibody ID and Antigen ID orders that have the blood bank result entry preference set to prompt the user to determine if the order should be completed. Valid values are: 0 = Don't update order to complete on final approval, 1 = User answered yes to the complete order prompt. Update order to complete on final approval.
BB_RH_PHENO_DEMOG_IND DOUBLE N Indicates whether the person or product demographic Rh Phenotype should be changed. This option is applicable to Blood Bank Rh Phenotype Order when Result Entry prompt user whether to update demographic Rh Phenotype. Valid values are: 0 = Don't update demographic Rh Phenotype, 1 = Update demographic Rh Phenotype

END_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date/time after which the row is no longer valid as active current data. This may be valued with the date that the row became inactive.
HIERARCHY_ID DOUBLE N Contains the internal identification code that uniquely identifies an order. This field is used to join to other tables such as ORDERS.
MICRO_TASK_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N This is for MICRO to indicate whether this is a preliminary, final, or amended report.
ORDER_ID DOUBLE N Contains the internal identification code that uniquely identifies an order. This field is used to join to other tables such as ORDERS.
PARENT_ENTITY_ID DOUBLE N Contains the internal identification code that uniquely identifies the row on the table named in parent_entity_name field. This field is used to join to other tables such as DISCRETE_TASK_ASSAY.
