ADDRESS_HIST_ID DOUBLE N The address effective for this associated event_prsnl_id.
DTS_RECIPIENT_ID DOUBLE N Unique, generated number that identifies a single row on the DTS_RECIPIENT table.
EVENT_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N The event_prsnl_id that this associated address pertains to.
PRIMARY_IND DOUBLE N Indicates the relationship between the personnel and the document. 0 - Personnel is not a primary recipient, 1 - Personnel is the primary recipient.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.

ACCESSION_NBR VARCHAR(20) Y Accession Number for the document to be transcribed.
AUTHOR_NAME VARCHAR(100) Y This is an identifier for an Author Name. It can be an alias name.
CONTRIBUTOR_SOURCE_CD DOUBLE N The Contributor Source CD is used to de-alias Document Type Alias.
COSIGN_NAME VARCHAR(100) Y This is an identifier for a Cosign Name. It can be an alias name.
DICTATION_DT_TM DATETIME Y Dictation Date and Time for the document to be transcribed.
DICTATION_LENGTH DOUBLE Y Dictation Length of the document in minutes.
DICTATION_TZ DOUBLE Y Time zone associated with the corresponding DT_TM column.
DOC_TYPE_ALIAS VARCHAR(255) Y This is an identifier for a Document Type. It is an alias for the document type.
JOB_NBR VARCHAR(100) Y Job Number is used to populate the subject field of the document.
ORDER_ID DOUBLE N Order Id for the document to be transcribed.
PATIENT_INFO VARCHAR(200) Y It can be FIN, MRN or Name for the patient to be attached to the document.
QUEUE_ID DOUBLE N This is the value of the unique primary identifier of the dts_trans_queue table. It is an internal system assigned number.
TRANS_NAME VARCHAR(100) N This is an identifier for a Transcriptionist's name. It can be an alias name. It is unique key in this table - only one row exist for a transcriptionist.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.

Definition: This table stores statistics associated with a transcribed document. e.g. number of characters, words, lines, pages, bytes, edit time, etc.

ACTIVE_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N Indicates the status of the row itself (not the data in the row) such as active, inactive, combined away, pending purge, etc.
APPLICATION_MODE_CD DOUBLE N Indicates the mode of the Transcription Application such as Transcription, Correspondence, Clinical Note, Print, etc.
AUTHOR_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N It serves as a foreign key to the prsnl table. It uniquely identifies the author that the statistics are related to.
BYTES_CNT DOUBLE N It stores the number of bytes that were a part of a current edit session. Note: The session statistics is the difference between the current and the original.
CHAR_CNT DOUBLE N It stores the number of characters (without spaces) of a current edit session. Note: The session statistics is the difference between the current and the original.
CHAR_PER_WORD DOUBLE N It stores the number of characters per word that were a part of a given edit session.
CHAR_WO_CNT DOUBLE N It stores the number of characters with spaces of a document.
DICTATION_DT_TM DATETIME Y It stores the Dictation Date and Time for a document
DICTATION_TZ DOUBLE Y Time zone associated with the corresponding DT_TM column.
DOC_NAME VARCHAR(255) Y It is the name of the document if stored in OCF and if not, it will store the path and the name of the document.
DTS_TRANS_STATS_ID DOUBLE N SEQUENCE:DTS_SEQ The dts_trans_stats_id serve as a unique identifier for a row in the dts_trans_stats table.
EDIT_TRANS_TM DOUBLE N It stores the edit time of the current edit session of a document.
ENCNTR_ID DOUBLE N This is the value of the unique primary identifier of the encounter table. It is an internal system assigned number.
END_TRANS_DT_TM DATETIME N It stores the date and time that the edit session was completed for a document.
