Description: Care Planning Pathway Activity
Definition: Contain activity data related to a Pathway for a patient. Will indicate if a pathway has been suggested or activated for a patient.

AUTO_ADDED_IND DOUBLE N Indicated if system suggested this pathway.
BEG_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time for which this table row becomes effective. Normally, this will be the date and time the row is added, but could be a past or future date and time.
CLINICAL_TRIAL_IND DOUBLE N Indicates if user has noted that patient is currerntly on a Clinical Trial
COMMENT_TXT VARCHAR(1000) N If pathway is system added the reason for suggesting.

CP_PATHWAY_ID DOUBLE N Foreign key to Pathway this activity occurred for
ENCNTR_ID DOUBLE N Encounter Identifier - FK from ENCOUNTER table
END_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME N The date/time after which the row is no longer valid as active current data. This may be valued with the date that the row became inactive.
OFF_PATHWAY_IND DOUBLE N Indicates if Patient treatment is currently off Pathway
PATHWAY_ACTIVITY_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N Status of the pathway activity. Active, Deleted, InError, Etc.
PATHWAY_INSTANCE_ID DOUBLE N Used to group rows of activity for the same instance of a pathway. The value will be pulled from a sequence (this is not a FK field). Relates to same column in CP_PATHWAY_ACTION
PERSON_ID DOUBLE N Person Identifier - FK from the PERSON table
PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N Personnel Identifier of User taking action
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.
UPDT_TASK DOUBLE N The registered (assigned) task number for the process that inserted or updated the row.

Definition: Used to define a group of pathways.

CP_PATHWAY_GROUP_ID DOUBLE N Unique, generated number that identifies a single row on the CP_PATHWAY_GROUP table.
LOGICAL_DOMAIN_ID DOUBLE N The unique identifier for a logical domain. This identifier allows the data to be grouped by logical domain. For example, If you assign clients a logical_domain_id this would allow you to store data for multiple clients on this table.
PATHWAY_GROUP_NAME VARCHAR(100) N The name of the pathway group as entered by the client.
PATHWAY_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N The type of pathway being stored.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. CRITERIA_TYPE_MEAN VARCHAR(100) N Identifies different types of triggring criteria. Examples of values are DIAGNOSIS_FAMILY and REASON_FOR_VISIT
TRIGGERING_CRITERIA_GROUP_MEAN VARCHAR(255) N Stores the meaning for the triggering criteria group
TRIGGERING_CRITERIA_IDENT VARCHAR(255) Y Optional identifier for table. Used instead of TRIGGERING_ENTITY_ID and TRIGGERING_ENTITY_NAME - and contains a CKI value from CMT_CONCEPT.
TRIGGERING_ENTITY_ID DOUBLE N Foreign key for the table identified by TRIGGERING_ENTITY_NAME.
