BEG_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time for which this table row becomes effective. Normally, this will be the date and time the row is added, but could be a past or future date and time.
DUE_DT_TM DATETIME Y Date when the external recommendation is due
DUE_IND DOUBLE N Indicates whether the source is due or not
END_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date/time after which the row is no longer valid as active current data. This may be valued with the date that the row became inactive.
EXTERNAL_NAME VARCHAR(255) Y Displayable name of the external source
FREQUENCY_TEXT VARCHAR(255) Y The frequency between when the external source should be recommended
LAST_SATISFACTION_DT_TM DATETIME Y Date when this source was last satisfied
OUTCOME_TEXT VARCHAR(255) Y The outcome of the external source
RECOMMENDATION_EXT_ID DOUBLE N PRIMARY KEY
RECOMMENDATION_ID DOUBLE N Identifier of the recommendation to which the external info belongs
SOURCE_TEXT_IDENT VARCHAR(500) Y The character identifier of the external source
SOURCE_TYPE_FLAG DOUBLE N The type of external source. 1 = travel immunization, 2 = Healthe Registry Measure
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row. ACTIVE_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N Indicates the status of the row itself (not the data in the row) such as active, inactive, combined away, pending purge, etc.
ACTIVE_STATUS_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time that the active_status_cd was set.
ACTIVE_STATUS_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N The person who caused the active_status_cd to be set or change.
COMMUNICATION_ID DOUBLE N The unique primary key that identifies the communication.
CONTENT_BLOB_ID DOUBLE N The foreign key into the BLOB table. This blob is used to store the content of this communication.
CONTENT_TYPE_FLAG DOUBLE N The type of the blob content. 1=ASCII, 2=Postscript, 3=RTF, 4=PDF
FAILED_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time when the communication failed to move to the next status.
FINAL_TRACKING_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N Represents the final tracking status of the invitation.
GENERATED_DT_TM DATETIME Y The point in time when this communication was sent or printed.
GENERATED_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N The person that generated the communication. This may or may not be the same as the person that sent the communication.
METHOD_FLAG DOUBLE N Determines which method will be used to communicate. Examples: printed letter, IQHealth.
PERSON_ID DOUBLE N The person this communication is associated with. Foreign key into the PERSON table.
PROGRAM_ID DOUBLE N The program this communication is associated with. Foreign key into the INVTN_PROGRAM table.
REQUESTED_DT_TM DATETIME Y The point in time when this communication was requested.
REQUESTED_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N The person who requested the communication. Communications requested by the system will be zero. Foreign key to the PRSNL table.
RESENT_DT_TM DATETIME Y The point in time when this communication was resent or reprinted.
RESENT_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N The person who resent or reprinted the communication. Foreign key to the PRSNL table.
SCHEDULED_DT_TM DATETIME Y The point in time when this communication was is scheduled to be generated.
SENT_DT_TM DATETIME Y The point in time when this communication was sent or printed.
SENT_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N The person who sent or printed the communication. Foreign key to the PRSNL table.
STATUS_FLAG DOUBLE N The current status o the communication item. 1 = Requested, 2 = Scheduled, 3 = Generated, 4 = Sent, 5 = Resent, 6 = Cancelled

PROGRAM_GROUP_ID DOUBLE N The foreign key to the INVTN_PROGRAM_GROUP table to identify the program group this fragment is associated to. OPTIONAL: if not populated, then the fragment is at the 'default' level.
PROGRAM_ID DOUBLE N The foreign key to the INVTN_PROGRAM table to identify the program this fragment is associated to. OPTIONAL: only populated for program level or program and status level fragments.
