Description: Patient Management
Definition: Contains a list of offers for an encounter. A refused offer is written when the patient refuses an offered available date for an appointment and an accepted offer is written when the patient accepts an offered available date for an appointment.

MEDICAL_STAFF_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N Identifies the type of medical staff
OFFER_DT_TM DATETIME Y Offer_dt_tm is the date/time that the offer was made for. So if yesterday morning I offered a patient an appointment on May 5th at 8:00, my offer_made_dt_tm would be 4/15/2009 11:15am and my offer_dt_tm would be 5/5/2009 8:00am.

OFFER_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N The Type of Offer that was recorded (accepted, refused, etc.).

PAT_INITIATED_IND DOUBLE N Indicator to note whether or not the patient initiated the offer date.
PIFU_EXPIRY_DT_TM DATETIME Y Specifies the date by which a patient initiated follow up pathway will expire
PIFU_OUTCOME_CD DOUBLE Y Specifies the outcome of a patient initiated follow up pathway
PIFU_PATHWAY_IND DOUBLE Y Specifies whether there is a patient initiated follow up pathway present for the offer

PM_OFFER_ID DOUBLE N This is the value of the unique primary identifier of the offer table. It is an internal system assigned number.
REASONABLE_OFFER_IND DOUBLE N An indicator representing whether or not the offer was considered reasonable.
REMOVE_FROM_WL_IND DOUBLE N An indicator representing whether this offer should trigger the patient to be removed from the waitlist.
SCHEDULE_ID DOUBLE N The Schedule that this offer represents.
SCH_REASON_CD DOUBLE N The Reason for the latest change to the appointment associated to the offer. Could be the Cancel reason, the Reschedule reason, or the DNA reason.
TCI_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time the patient should arrive.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row. STATUS_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date/time a status was set.
STATUS_END_DT_TM DATETIME Y The end date and time of the status.
STATUS_REVIEW_CD DOUBLE N Code value for status of a wait list review.
STATUS_REVIEW_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date/time that a wait list status was reviewed.
SUB_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N The code value that identifies the sub status of a wait list row. Some examples are Waiting, Cancelled, Deferred, Removed, etc.
SUPRA_SERVICE_REQUEST_CD DOUBLE N The type of supra service request.
SUSPENDED_DAYS DOUBLE N Total number of days suspended.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
