Definition: Stores information relating to an encounter that has been put on leave from the facility. It is also used to capture information when the patient returns from leave, and any information relating to a cancel of the leave or return.

EST_RETURN_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time that the leave is estimated to be over and returned. This time may or may not reflect the true date and time that the patient returned from leave.
HOLD_RMVL_DT_TM DATETIME Y Date and time the room and bed will be removed if patient is still on leave of absence.
LEAVE_COMMENT VARCHAR(255) Y Free-text comment describing any notes or information relating to the encounter leave.
LEAVE_DISPOSITION_CD DOUBLE N Codified leave disposition code that indicates the condition under which the patient left the facility following the leave of absence.

Description: Encounter Legal Authority Relationship
Definition: The encounter legal authority relationship table contains pointers to legal authority associated with the encounter. Legal authority refers to the approval issued by the court for treating a patient who is committed to the facility for care. For both forensic (committed a crime) and civil (involuntarily hospitalized) patients, the facility requires the legal authority for treatment.

COURT_ORDER_RECEIVE_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time at which the facility received the issued court order.
COURT_ORDER_SIGN_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time at which the issued court order was signed.
