Description: Rad Report Lock
Definition: The Rad_Rpt_Lock table is an extension of the order_radiology table. It shows which orders have been locked in order to modify the associated report.

Column Detail - RAD_RPT_LOCK


Column Name Type Null? Definition
LOCK_TYPE_FLAG DOUBLE N Indicates the type of lock being held. A 1 indicates a Radiologist Hold on a report to be completed later. A 0 indicates a Regular lock of report that could occur by application access of the report.
ORDER_ID DOUBLE N This is a foreign key to the order_radiology table. This table may not contain all of the order_id's on the order_radiology table.
PS_RPT_LOCK_IND DOUBLE N Indicates that the report is currently being dictated by PowerScribe.
RPT_LOCK_DT_TM DATETIME Y This is the date and time that the report lock was created.
RPT_LOCK_ID DOUBLE N The rpt_lock_id is the person id of the personnel that has the report locked.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.
UPDT_TASK DOUBLE N The registered (assigned) task number for the process that inserted or updated the row.

ACTION_DT_TM DATETIME N This column contains the date and time that the prsnl took an action on a given radiology report.
ACTION_TZ DOUBLE Y Time zone associated with the corresponding DT_TM column.
PROXIED_FOR_ID DOUBLE N This column is only valued if the action was Proxy. It indicates who was proxied for.
RAD_REPORT_ID DOUBLE N This column contains a foreign key to the Rad_Report table. It uniquely identifies the report that the personnel are associated with.
REPORT_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N This column contains a foreign key to the Prsnl table. It uniquely identifies the personnel that is associated with a given radiology report.
RPT_PRSNL_HIST_ID DOUBLE N This column contains a meaningless number that only serves to uniquely identify a row on the rad_rpt_prsnl_hist table.

ISSUED_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time this external document was reviewed or verified.
