RVC_CLOCK
Column Section | Top of Page |
Table-level Detail
Description: | Revenue Cycle Clock |
Definition: | A Clock defines by when a task needs to be completed on a Millennium entity. For instance, when a cancer type Referral is received we want to ensure the first appointment is booked within a specific time frame (based on Referral attributes and configuration). A GAD clock (Guaranteed Appointment Date) will be created and started for that Referral, with a Breach date set to when the appointment must be booked. If the Referral is not booked by then, it will be considered 'breached' and flagged. |

Column Detail - RVC_CLOCK
Column Name | Type | Null? | Definition |
---|---|---|---|
ACTIVE_IND | DOUBLE | N | The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc. |
ACTIVE_STATUS_CD | DOUBLE | N | Indicates the status of the row itself (not the data in the row) such as active, inactive, combined away, pending purge, etc. |
ACTIVE_STATUS_DT_TM | DATETIME | N | The date and time that the active_status_cd was set. |
ACTIVE_STATUS_PRSNL_ID | DOUBLE | N | The person who caused the active_status_cd to be set or change. |
BREACH_DT_TM | DATETIME | Y | The date/time the clock expires. |
CLOCK_TYPE_CD | DOUBLE | N | An indication of the type of clock. |
CREATE_DT_TM | DATETIME | Y | The date/time the clock was created. |
ORIGINAL_START_DT_TM | DATETIME | Y | The original date/time that the clock started. Once set, this field won't be modified. |
PARENT_ENTITY_ID | DOUBLE | N | The clock related entity id. |
PARENT_ENTITY_NAME | VARCHAR(30) | N | The clock related entity name. |
RVC_CLOCK_ID | DOUBLE | N | Unique generated number that identifies a single row on the RVC_CLOCK table. |
START_DT_TM | DATETIME | Y | The date/time the clock started. |
UPDT_APPLCTX | DOUBLE | N | The application context number from the record info block. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic. |
UPDT_CNT | DOUBLE | N | Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic. |
UPDT_DT_TM | DATETIME | N | The date and time the row was last inserted or updated. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic. |
UPDT_ID | DOUBLE | N | The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic. |
UPDT_TASK | DOUBLE | N | The registered (assigned) task number for the process that inserted or updated the row. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic. |

Column Detail - RVC_CLOCK_CONFIG
Column Name | Type | Null? | Definition |
---|---|---|---|
ACTIVE_IND | DOUBLE | N | The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc. |

ACTIVE_STATUS_DT_TM | DATETIME | N | The date and time that the active_status_cd was set. |
ACTIVE_STATUS_PRSNL_ID | DOUBLE | N | The person who caused the active_status_cd to be set or change. |
BEG_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM | DATETIME | N | The date and time for which this table row becomes effective. Normally, this will be the date and time the row is added, but could be a past or future date and time. |
CLOCK_TYPE_CD | DOUBLE | N | Codified value that represents type of clock ie; Days Till Letter, Guaranteed Appointment Date. |
DURATION | DOUBLE | N | The configured number of time units that represents the clock duration. |
DURATION_UNIT_CD | DOUBLE | N | Codified value that represents the unit of duration. |
END_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM | DATETIME | N | The date/time after which the row is no longer valid as active current data. This may be valued with the date that the row became inactive. |
LOGICAL_DOMAIN_ID | DOUBLE | N | The unique identifier for a logical domain. This identifier allows the data to be grouped by logical domain. For example, If you assign clients a logical_domain_id this would allow you to store data for multiple clients on this table. |
MEDICAL_SERVICE_CD | DOUBLE | N | Value of the medical service code corresponding to the clock configuration. |
ORIG_CLOCK_CONFIG_ID | DOUBLE | N | Used to track versions of the clock configurations. This field will always point back to the initial value created. This may be used to find the correct version when combined with begin and end effective dates and times. |
REFERRAL_PRIORITY_CD | DOUBLE | N | Value of the priority/urgency code corresponding to the clock configuration. |
RVC_CLOCK_CONFIG_ID | DOUBLE | N | This is the value of the unique primary identifier of the encounter table. It is an internal system assigned number. |
