Definition: The Event Note table stores any comments associated with the event. Typically this would include additional information about reference ranges, or notes indicating that the result value has been changed from a previous result.

CHECKSUM DOUBLE N A unique value, created by parsing the contents of the blob, used as a comparison to identify changes to the blob.
COMPRESSION_CD DOUBLE N Specifies type of compression applied to the blob.
ENTRY_METHOD_CD DOUBLE N Source of note. Ancillary/Owner application, Orderer/Provider, Medical Records ManagerCode.
EVENT_ID DOUBLE N Foreign key to the event table.
EVENT_NOTE_ID DOUBLE N Uniquely identifies a logical event note row. There may be more than one row with the same event_note_id, but only one of those rows will be current as indicated by the valid_until_dt_tm field
IMPORTANCE_FLAG DOUBLE Y Indicates the importance of this note
LONG_TEXT_ID DOUBLE Y Id of long text row containing note
NON_CHARTABLE_FLAG DOUBLE Y If true, this event note is not chartable.
NOTE_DT_TM DATETIME N Date/Time of note entry.
NOTE_FORMAT_CD DOUBLE N Indicates type of blob. Note that a storage code doesn¿t exist - all blobs must exist on the long_blob table. Thus only format codes that apply to the storage code BLOB are valid here.
NOTE_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N Personnel id of person who wrote the note. Foreign key to Personnel table.

NOTE_TZ DOUBLE Y Time zone associated with the corresponding DT_TM column.
RECORD_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N Record status code. Values: active, inactive, deleted combined away, needs review.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.
UPDT_TASK DOUBLE N The registered (assigned) task number for the process that inserted or updated the row.
VALID_FROM_DT_TM DATETIME N Contains the Beginning Point of when a row in the table is valid.
VALID_UNTIL_DT_TM DATETIME N Contains the End Point of when a row in the table is valid. Current version of the result has an open "Until Dt Tm" value. We need to determine what that value is.

EVENT_END_DT_TM DATETIME N Clinical date time for the end of the event.
EVENT_ID DOUBLE N Key to clinical_event table. This column is not the PK for Clinical_Event, so no FK can be created.
ORDER_ACTION_SEQUENCE DOUBLE Y A sequence number used to identify the order of the actions.
ORDER_ID DOUBLE N Unique foreign key to Orders Table. SEQUENCE NAME:ORDER_SEQ .
PARENT_ORDER_IDENT DOUBLE N Associated with the template_order_id on the Orders table. If no template order id exists, this field will duplicate the order_id on this table.
PERSON_ID DOUBLE N The person on the clinical event.

LINKED_EVENT_ID DOUBLE Y Stores EVENT_ID from the CLINICAL_EVENT Table (not a Foreign Key). A linked event is created by a provider to associate multiple results to a single specific result.
LONG_TEXT_ID DOUBLE N Id of the textual comments associated with this personnel event
PERSON_ID DOUBLE N This is the value of the unique primary identifier of the person table. It is an internal system assigned number.
PROXY_PRSNL_FT VARCHAR(100) Y If the proxy personnel is free text, this field will be filled with the formatted free text personnel, and proxy_prsnl_id will have the prsnl_id of the contributing system.
PROXY_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N Personnel ID of person who carried out the action on behalf of the Action_Persnl_ID.
