DEFAULT_IND DOUBLE N Tells whether this is the default item in a drop list.
ITEM_DISPLAY_TXT VARCHAR(255) N The display for the drop list item. For example, in a drop list for severity you might have the following three displays: mild, moderate, severe.
ITEM_SEQ DOUBLE N Determines the order in which this item appears in a drop list.
NOTE_PHRASE_DROP_LIST_ID DOUBLE N Tells which auto text drop list this item belongs to.
NOTE_PHRASE_DROP_LIST_ITEM_ID DOUBLE N Unique generated number that identifies a single row on the NOTE_PHRASE_DROP_LIST_ITEM table.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.

DISPLAY_SEQ DOUBLE N The order the favorites are displayed to the user
LABEL_TXT VARCHAR(50) Y Text label of a bookmark (only for non-leaf nodes aka folders)
NOTE_PHRASE_FAVORITE_ID DOUBLE N Unique generated number that identifies a single row on the NOTE_PHRASE_FAVORITE table.
NOTE_PHRASE_ID DOUBLE N Pointer to the favorite entry.
PARENT_NOTE_PHRASE_FAVORITE_ID DOUBLE N The parent of this favorite. If different than the primary key value, denotes a folder level.
PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N The person who set up this favorite.
