Description: CV ACRONYM
Definition: Defines replacement strings used to expand acronyms placed in documentation using a default/ user preference model. If the current provider does not have personal acronyms defined, the default set of acronyms will be used (i.e., ones for which the provider id is zero).

PROVIDER_ID DOUBLE N Provider Id. The provider for whom this acronym is defined.
REPLACEMENT_STR VARCHAR(4000) N The string used to replace the acronym string.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
