Description: PathNet Result Recovery
Definition: This table will serve as the parent table for PathNet recovery logic. IT will be used to track items as they are processed and provide enough high-level data to rebuild a transaction for recovery in the case of a failure.

Column Detail - PN_RECOVERY


Column Name Type Null? Definition
EXPIRE_DT_TM DATETIME N Date/time in which this row will expire. This will be used to determine if an item/event has been "in process" too long, which might indicate a problem with processing.
FAILURE_CNT DOUBLE Y Number of times this item has failed to be processed.
FIRST_FAILURE_DT_TM DATETIME Y Date/Time of the first time this item failed to process.
IN_PROCESS_FLAG DOUBLE N Indicates where this item is in the process:
LAST_FAILURE_DT_TM DATETIME Y Date/Time of the last time this item failed to process.
PARENT_ENTITY_ID DOUBLE N Unique ID to the PARENT_ENTITY_NAME table.
PARENT_ENTITY_NAME VARCHAR(32) N Table to which this row is linked.
PN_RECOVERY_ID DOUBLE N Unique ID.
RECOVERY_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N Indicates the type of item. References code set 28600.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.
UPDT_TASK DOUBLE N The registered (assigned) task number for the process that inserted or updated the row.

Definition: Defines the alpha response selection for a control and assay that will be allowed for QC result entry.

Column Name Type Null? Definition
CONTROL_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies the specific control material associated with a quality control alpha response.
DEFAULT_IND DOUBLE Y Indicates whether the quality control alpha response is the default result value. A value of 0 indicates the response is not a default response. A value of 1 indicates the response is a default response.
NOMENCLATURE_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies the specific alpha response nomenclature. Creates a relationship to the nomenclature table.
RESULT_PROCESS_CD DOUBLE N A unique code value that identifies whether the alpha response is a normal or abnormal response.
SERVICE_RESOURCE_CD DOUBLE N A unique code value that identifies the specific service resource (i.e. instrument, bench) associated to the quality control alpha response.
TASK_ASSAY_CD DOUBLE N A unique code value that identifies the specific discrete task assay that will be resulted with the quality control alpha response.

ACTION_SEQUENCE DOUBLE N Defines the sequence in which the quality control comments were entered. Creates a unique value for multiple versions of a comment.
COMMENT_DT_TM DATETIME Y Defines the date and time the comment was entered into the system.
COMMENT_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N A unique code value that identifies the type of comment (i.e. footnote, review note) entered into the system.
LONG_TEXT_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies the specific long text table row where the comment text is stored. Creates a relationship to the long text table.
PERFORM_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies the specific person who entered the QC comment into the system. Creates a relationship to the person table.
QC_RESULT_ID DOUBLE N A unique, internal, system-assigned number that identifies the quality control result with which the comment is associated. Creates a relationship to the quality control result table.
