Definition: The activity table for pending scheduling ops jobs.

Column Detail - SCH_JOB


Column Name Type Null? Definition
ACTIVE_IND DOUBLE N The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc.
ACTIVE_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N Indicates the status of the row itself (not the data in the row) such as active, inactive, combined away, pending purge, etc.
ACTIVE_STATUS_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time that the active_status_cd was set.
ACTIVE_STATUS_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N The person who caused the active_status_cd to be set or change.
ATTEMPT_CNT DOUBLE N The number of times the system has attempted to complete a job.
BEG_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time for which this table row becomes effective. Normally, this will be the date and time the row is added, but could be a past or future date and time.
COMPLETE_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time the job was completed.
DISPLAY VARCHAR(255) Y The string that gets displayed in the report title.
END_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME N The date/time after which the row is no longer valid as active current data. This may be valued with the date that the row became inactive.
JOB_CLASS VARCHAR(255) Y The class of the requested job. A job class is just a string (EBS, PCT, etc.) that groups jobs of a similar nature. When you run the ops jobs, you'd run all jobs of a certain class.
JOB_KEY VARCHAR(255) Y A unique identifier for each job. It's a string that is constructed from various bits of the job fields (parent_entity_id + date + key_entity_name)
JOB_STATE_CD DOUBLE N The current state of the job request. For example, Completed, Requested, etc.
JOB_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N The current status of the job request. For example, Archive Perform, etc.
JOB_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N The type of job being requested. For example, Print job, Slot Stat job, etc.
KEY_ENTITY_ID DOUBLE N Unique identifier of the row in the table defined by Key Entity Name.
KEY_ENTITY_NAME VARCHAR(32) N The name of the table that contributes to the job_key field.
LAST_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time of the last attempted execution.
LOCK_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time a lock was established on the job request. A lock prevents two processes from trying to execute the job at the same time.
PARENT_ENTITY_ID DOUBLE N Unique identifier of the row in the table defined by Parent Entity Name.
PARENT_ENTITY_NAME VARCHAR(32) N Identifies a table where additional information about this row could be found
REQUEST_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the job was requested.
SCH_CONVERSATION_ID DOUBLE N The unique identifier of the conversation that produced the job request.
SCH_JOB_ID DOUBLE N The primary unique identifier of this table.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row. LOCATION_CD DOUBLE N The field identifies the current permanent location of the patient.
LOCATION_FREETEXT VARCHAR(255) N The free text description corresponding to the location.
LOCATION_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N Defines the locations meaning to scheduling.
LOCATION_TYPE_MEANING VARCHAR(12) Y A 12-char description of the location association type.
NULL_DT_TM DATETIME N contains 31-DEC-2100 00:00:00.00. This field is used to maintain foreign keys to tables that contain a VERSION_DT_TM in the primary key.
SCHEDULE_ID DOUBLE N The unique identifier for the event schedule. The schedules are used to track rescheduling of an event.
SCH_CLINIC_ID DOUBLE N Clinic Id assoiciated to the location and schedule.
