Definition: This activity table contains the quality assurance indicators associated with gynecologic cytology cases. Indicators include classifications such as normal, atypical, abnormal, and unsatisfactory.

Column Detail - AP_QA_INFO

ACTIVATED_DT_TM DATETIME Y This field contains the date and time the record was written to the AP_QA_INFO table.
ACTIVATED_ID DOUBLE N This field contains the internal identification code of the user who performed the activation event associated with the QA record. The activation event is most often the report verification event. This ID could be used to join to the user tables.
ACTIVE_IND DOUBLE Y The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc.
CANCEL_CD DOUBLE N This field is not used at this time.
CASE_ID DOUBLE N This field contains the foreign key value used to join to case information stored on the PATHOLOGY_CASE activity table.
COMPLETE_DT_TM DATETIME Y This field is not used at this time.
COMPLETE_ID DOUBLE N This field is not used at this time.
FLAG_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N This field contains a reference to codeset 1316 indicating the type of quality assurance that is associated with this entry. Quality assurance flag options include previous normal, previous atypical, previous abnormal, and clinical high risk.
PERSON_ID DOUBLE N This is the value of the unique primary identifier of the person table. It is an internal system assigned number.
QA_FLAG_ID DOUBLE N This field uniquely identifies the row (the quality assurance flag) included on the AP_QA_INFO table.
SUSPEND_DT_TM DATETIME Y This field is not used at this time.
SUSPEND_ID DOUBLE N This field is not used at this time.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID DOUBLE N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.

CASE_QUERY_ID DOUBLE N This field contains the internal identification code which uniquely identifies the case retrieval query (and its associated parameters). This value is used to join to the AP_CASE_QUERY table.
EVENT_ID DOUBLE N This is the MDOC level event ID of the report that qualified
QUERY_RESULT_ID DOUBLE N This field contains the internal identification code which uniquely identifies this row on the ap_query_result table. This value is used to join to the AP_QUERY_RESULT_OFFSET table.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. QUERY_RESULT_ID DOUBLE N This field contains the internal identificationcode which uniquely identifies the ap_query_result this row is associated with. This column along with the SEQUENCE column make of the primary key for this table.
SEQUENCE DOUBLE N This field contains a sequential value which is used with the QUERY_RESULT_ID in order to make this a unique row within this table.
