Definition: The resolution table between containers and accessions. This table will tell you what containers belong to an accession.

ACCESSION VARCHAR(20) Y A string that uniquely identifies a specimen.
ACCESSION_CONTAINER_NBR DOUBLE Y A number uniquely identifying a particular container on an accession.
ACCESSION_ID DOUBLE N A system generated number that uniquely identifies an accession number.
BARCODE_ACCESSION VARCHAR(20) Y The string printed on a label to uniquely identify the specimen. This string is the accession number truncated.
CONTAINER_ALIAS_CD DOUBLE N An alias for the sontainer suffix.
CONTAINER_ID DOUBLE N A system generated number that uniquely identifies a container.
OVERRIDE_CONT_ID_PRINT_FLAG DOUBLE N An override value for the container ID print setting normally applied from the collection class. 0 - Use default collection class setting; 1 - Print the Container ID in the barcode and on the label; 2 - Do not print the container ID in the barcode or on the label.
UPDT_APPLCTX DOUBLE N The application context number from the record info block. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.
UPDT_CNT DOUBLE N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.
UPDT_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated. The UPDT family of columns are typically used for housekeeping and external system process and should never be depended on for solution specific logic.

Definition: Used to store duplicate checking information that the department would want to store (dup checking across order catalog items)

ACTIVE_IND DOUBLE Y The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc.
ACTIVE_STATUS_CD DOUBLE N Indicates the status of the row itself (not the data in the row) such as active, inactive, combined away, pending purge, etc.
ACTIVE_STATUS_DT_TM DATETIME Y The date and time that the active_status_cd was set.
ACTIVE_STATUS_PRSNL_ID DOUBLE N The person who caused the active_status_cd to be set or change.
BEG_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME N The date and time for which this table row becomes effective. Normally, this will be the date and time the row is added, but could be a past or future date and time.
CATALOG_CD DOUBLE N Used to store the code for the catalog item for which duplicate checking is being specified
DUP_CATALOG_CD DOUBLE N Used to store the code for the catalog item that will cause cancellation of the order catalog item in the catalog_cd field if orders for this item already exist on the system
DUP_QUANTITY DOUBLE Y Used to store quantity information for duplicate checking. This field is used to allow multiples of duplicate orders to be processed but will cancel duplicates beyond the value in this field.
END_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM DATETIME N The date/time after which the row is no longer valid as active current data. This may be valued with the date that the row became inactive.
MINUTES_AHEAD DOUBLE Y Used to store the number of minutes ahead to look for other orders scheduled on the system to perform duplicate checking.
MINUTES_BEHIND DOUBLE Y Used to store the number of minutes behind to look for other orders scheduled on the system to perform duplicate checking.
MNEMONIC_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N Used to store the mnemonic type for the catalog item for display purposes
PRIORITY_CD DOUBLE N Used to store the code value for the priority to validate when performing duplicate checking

Description: Label Printer Defaults
Definition: This table stores the default specimen label printers, medial label printers, and label printer filters. When 'immediate print' Lab orders come across an HIS interface, this table tells the system where to print the labels.

ACTIVE_IND DOUBLE N The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc.
COLL_PRIORITY_CD DOUBLE N A collection priority which will route labels to a printer if an order is placed with the given collection priority. A zero value indicates the printer is valid for all collection priorities.
DEFAULT_TYPE_FLAG DOUBLE N Type of printer default. Label routing defaults direct where an order's label should be printed. Label filtering defaults indicate which printers should default in the printer accept for the location.
KEY_ID DOUBLE N A unique identifier for a row.
LBL_PRINTER_ID DOUBLE N Label Routing - the system identifier for a label printer any orders meeting the criteria will print to. Label Filtering - the system identifier for a label printer that should be available for the location_cd.
LBL_QUEUE_NAME VARCHAR(20) Y The queue name for the label printer.
LOCATION_CD DOUBLE N An facility, ambulatory, login location or nurse unit which will route labels to a printer if an order is placed on a patient is at the given location or logged in at the given location. Filters will show available printers based on this location. A value of zero indicates the printer is valid for all locations.
NURSE_PRINTER_ID DOUBLE N The system identifier for a label printer that nurse collect orders should print to.
NURSE_QUEUE_NAME VARCHAR(20) Y The queue name for the label printer.
SEQUENCE DOUBLE N Field to make default type, location, service resource, collection priority combination unique. This combination is always unique for routing defaults, but not for filter defaults.
SERVICE_RESOURCE_CD DOUBLE N Aliquot or Media labels determine which label to print to based on service resource. A value of zero indicates the printer is valid for all service resources at that login location.

ACTIVITY_TYPE_CD DOUBLE N A code value that uniquely identifies to which "net" (such as PathNet or RadNet) and/or what department (such as General Lab or Microbiology) an order belongs.
ALIQUOT_PRINTER_ID DOUBLE N A system-generated number that uniquely identifies an aliquot label printer.
BED_CD DOUBLE N The internal number assigned by the system as a code value for the Bed Code. The nursing unit will determine the location where the label is printed.
BODY_SITE_CD DOUBLE N The internal number assigned by the system as a code value for the Body Site Code.
CATALOG_CD DOUBLE N The internal number assigned by the system as a code value for the Catalog Code.
COLLECTED_IND DOUBLE Y The collection status of an order (0 - not collected, 1 - collected).
COLLECTION_COMMENT VARCHAR(200) Y The collection comment (label comment) for an order.
COLLECTION_DT_TM DATETIME Y The collection date and time for an order.
COLLECTION_ID DOUBLE N A system-generated number that uniquely identifies the collector of an order.
COLLECTION_LIST_ID DOUBLE N Unique system identifier for a collection list or transfer list.
COLLECTION_METHOD_CD DOUBLE N The internal number assigned by the system as a code value for the Collection Method Code.
COLLECTION_PRIORITY_CD DOUBLE N The internal number assigned by the system as a code value for the Collection Priority Code.
CONTAINER_ID DOUBLE N Unique identifier for the container that was associated with the order.
CONVERSATION_ID DOUBLE N A system-generated number that uniquely identifies a group orders to be netted.
LABEL_FILE_PREFIX VARCHAR(5) Y The file prefix used to identify a label file.
LABEL_PRINTER_ID DOUBLE N A system-generated number that uniquely identifies a label printer.
MEDIA_PRINTER_ID DOUBLE N A system-generated number that uniquely identifies a media printer.
NETTING_STATUS DOUBLE Y The status of a netting. Status: 0 - Default. 1 - Active netting row. 4 - Inactive netting row. 5 - Cancelled netting row. 150 - Error In Netting.
NURSE_UNIT_CD DOUBLE N The internal number assigned by the system as a code value for the Nursing Unit Code. The nursing unit will determine the location where the label is printed.
ORDER_ID DOUBLE N A system-generated number that uniquely identifies an order.
ORDER_LOCATION_CD DOUBLE N The internal number assigned by the system as a code value for the Order Location Code.
PRINT_QUEUE VARCHAR(250) Y The description of the label printer queue. Currently Not Used.
PROCESSING_FLAG DOUBLE Y A flag indicating the source of a netting row.
PROP_ID DOUBLE N The identifier of the row in the prop_queue table.
RECEIVED_DT_TM DATETIME Y The received date and time of the order.
