Oracle provides qualified partners with the methodologies, resources, and tools to deliver their own hardware installation services. Based on Oracle's Enterprise Installation Services (EIS) methodology, installations performed by these approved partners are recognized by Oracle for the purposes of support and product warranty.

Partners must attain qualifiers for Hardware Installation Services Expertise for each corresponding Oracle Hardware product they intend to install. Each entity (Principal or Associate) must attain Expertise by meeting the appropriate requirements which must be met with consultants residing in each respective country. Also, partners that perform installations are required to accept the Oracle Installation Service Addendum and report installations to Oracle.
