As of 5-Jul-2022, support for the NetSuite CPQ product (formerly known as Verenia NetSuite CPQ product) transitioned to NetSuite SuiteAnswers and is no longer provided through the Verenia support channels.
The same support team who supported Verenia’s products continues to do so today.
Log into your NetSuite account and access SuiteAnswers from the Support tab to open new support cases.
