Exceptions

  • Bug 37214008: In Retail Home application, with a 200% zoom, portions of Home Dashboard Screen and Application Dashboard screen are cut off. In addition to that, Application Dashboard screen gets frozen and is only partially visible to the user. therefore, impacting the screen visibility.

  • Images of text are only used when the technology can't create the desired visual presentation, the image can be customized or the particular image is essential.

1.4.10 Reflow (Level AA)Not Supported

The product was tested for:

  • Text information reflows so that only one direction of scrolling is required while at 400% zoom.
  • An alternative mobile user interface is available and is accessed from the main application.
  • Content that requires two-dimensional layout only presents scroll bars in the component used to present the two-dimensional content.

Exceptions:

  • Bug 37220605 : When the Retail Home Application is zoomed in at 400%, screens completely freeze up and user is unable to perform screen scrolling. therefore, impacting the user navigation experience.   

 

1.4.11 Non-text Contrast (Level AA)Partially Supports

The product was tested for:

  • Non-text items have a contrast ratio of at least 3:1.

Exceptions:

  • Bug 37220832 :  In Retail Home application certain screens including Welcome, Notifications and Integration Status screens are failing the required foreground vs background contrast ratio for certain images  displayed. 

1.4.12 Text Spacing (Level AA)Partially Supports

  • When the following attributes and no others are modified there is no loss in functionality or content:
    • Line height (line spacing) to at least 1.5 times the font size.

Exceptions:

  • Bug 37224868: When the text spacings limits were applied, the 'Role' Drop down is cut off.

  • Bug 37513818: As Part of Application Dashboard screen, All the text part of the table for a specifc module named "Oracle Retail Campaign and Deal Management Cloud Service (Currently Overextended) " is jumbled.

     

1.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus (Level AA)Partially Supports

The product was tested for :

  • Dismissable -The content can be dismissed without moving the pointer or keyboard focus.
  • Hoverable - When pointer hover triggers additional content, the pointer can be moved over the additional content without the additional content disappearing.
  • Persistent - The additional content remains visible until the hover or focus trigger is removed, the user dismisses it, or its information is no longer valid.
  • Information appears on hover or focus using default browser behavior, such as the title attribute of components.
  • There is no content that appears on hover or focus.

Exceptions:

  • Bug 37229275:  In the Retail Home Application, the additional content information on the page header tabs get dismissed as soon as the mouse pointer is moved from the original position even if the pointer is still moving towards the additional content (not persistant), the hover also disappears even if the pointer is moved around or on the original content(not hoverable).

  • Bug 37362735: ESc key is not working when user tries to close the taskflow pane, therefore, user is unable to go back to application window.
