Oracle Accessibility Conformance Report

VPAT® Version 2.3 - April 2019

Name of Product:

Oracle Digital Experience for Communications - Buying Experience 20D

Product Description:

Oracle Digital Experience for Communications (DX4C) as such has taken an approach for API first. Oracle Digital Experience for Communications - Buying Experience (DX4C Buying), which is a module within DX4C, has taken the same approach for doing an API first release. The APIs that are exposed in DX4C Buying are Open APIs based on the Tele Management Forum (TMF) standards (https://www.tmforum.org/open-apis/).

The DX4C Buying application API covers the overall Lead to Order to Care business process. It enables the following journeys:

  1. Omni-Channel purchase (commerce) of subscriptions, physical good and bundles, with simple to complex pricing, rules and contracts, using a single sales catalog, and a persistent shopping cart.
  2. It integrates with Oracle’s or third-party Order Management Service for Order Fulfillment and service provisioning.
  3. Managing asset (services associated to customers) life cycle.
  4. Asset based ordering, that includes modification, upgrade/downgrade, suspend and resume, and termination of services and other products.
  5. Managing party and accounts data that are relevant for order capture and asset-based ordering. It also has the ability to sync to an external customer master.

The TMF+ APIs that are released by DX4C Buying are REST APIs with Open API specifications.
