- Although some information provided can be read with Assistive Technology, the following exceptions were identified. When the 'application snapshot' feature is enabled, a simulated dialog appears that asks returning users (job seekers) if existing data should be used to apply for a job. When this dialog appears, focus is moved to a point near the end of this dialog's contents (on the control) rather than at the beginning (text only); however, text and controls are read by Assistive Technology. When the dialog is dismissed, focus is reset to the main page (Search)rather than being returned to the element that triggered the dialog, forcing the user to navigate manually back to the previous location. From a user case perspective, job seekers are searching for positions and selecting the option to apply for a specific position. When the dialogue appears and they cancel, the user is returned to the main search page to re-start the process, as opposed to being taken back to the Add this Job link that triggered the action.
