Name of Product: Oracle Fusion Time and Labor 11.12.0.0.0Last Updated:21-Sep-2016 This VPAT applies to only versions 11.12.0.0.0 through 11.13.17.05 . It does not apply to any versions of Oracle Fusion Time and Labor after this. Oracle Fusion Time and Labor is the product within the Oracle Fusion HCM suite which allows its users to manage, configure time entry pages and create validation and calculation rules for time entry, approval, and transfer of time to time consumers. This has been extended to include Workforce Scheduling Product - plan, view and manage schedule and shifts. This includes Shift management for groups of workers and display of times. The product may also interface with other Fusion (Fusion Payroll, Fusion Absences, Fusion Projects) and non-Fusion applications to provide a complete business flow for the Time and Labor functions. The application is generally utilized by three roles; Employee, Line Manager and Product Administrator role.
