Executive Vice President and General Manager, EMEA Applications, Oracle

Cormac Watters is executive vice president of applications for Oracle in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), responsible for cloud strategy and growth of the applications business across the region. Cormac believes having supportive and collaborative teams is central to a business’s success—and that the power of cloud technology can transform everything around us. He also believes that earning customers’ trust is key to helping them achieve and exceed their goals while unlocking value with technologies such as analytics, AI, and machine learning. Cormac strives to lead by example with energy, passion, and professionalism, and he believes that sharing knowledge—whether as a leader, teacher, or speaker—helps him keep growing each day.

Vice President, Data, In-Memory and AI Technologies, Oracle

Shasank Chavan is vice president of the in-memory data and AI group at Oracle. He leads a team working on the nexus between AI systems and modern databases—developing the next-generation AI-centric data storage engine designed for in-memory OLTP, analytics, and vector search capabilities to power the coming AI and generative AI revolution. Shasank has over 40 patents working on systems software technology. He earned his BS and MS degrees in computer science at the University of California, San Diego.

Senior Vice President, Software Development, Oracle

Brian Feinstein is Senior Vice President of Platform at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Brian leads design and development of OCI’s core building blocks and functional services that ensure the commercial success of OCI and provide customers a user experience that is consistent across services. Organisationally Brian is responsible for cloud governance and management, Hybrid and Multicloud services, Marketplace, OCI Console, UX, Finops tools and cost management, commercial systems for metering, billing and subscription management, and OCI documentation. Prior to joining OCI about 6 years ago, Brian led engineering teams at Amazon/AWS and started his career as a software engineer at several different companies.
