Oracle Analytics Publisher is available with Oracle Analytics Server and can be deployed as integrated product or as standalone. Prepare your environment first by installing Java Developers Kit 8 (JDK8) and Web Logic Server 12.2.1.4 , Install Analytics Server and then Configure Analytics Publisher by running Configuration Assistant.

Oracle BI Publisher 11g Enterprise

BI Publisher 11g Enterprise is intended for production deployments. It is installed using the Oracle Business Intelligence 11g Installer. All Business Intelligence components are installed. To configure only BI Publisher, select only Business Intelligence Publisher on the Configure Components screen of the Installation. Before installing BI Publisher you must run the Repository Creation Utility.
