Make sure your computer meets the following minimum system requirements to take your Oracle University certification exam. You can also complete our Pre-Exam System Check before you register for or take the exam.

Your minimum internet speed should be consistent and reliable (at least 3 mb/sec upload and download with a ping of less than 100 ms). Don’t use a mobile hotspot or tether your computer to a phone. Please disconnect from any VPN connections.

To ensure you’re prepared for the day of the exam and understand what to expect when you check-in and start your exam, please watch the video associated with the type of exam you’re going to take and perform the readiness check, when available.
Note: If you don’t know what type of exam you’re registered to take, please check your confirmation email, the exam page on education.oracle.com, or the registration page on Oracle MyLearn.
You mustn’t have access to any mobile devices, watches, other electronics, materials, books, screens, or anything else deemed unacceptable by the proctor. You should be the only person in the room, no other voices should be heard, and you shouldn’t speak for the entire duration of the exam.
Please make sure you run a system check prior to your exam date so you’re familiar with the experience.
For proctored exams, you’re required to check in at least 30 minutes prior to your exam start time to complete the check-in process. Candidates who try to check in after the scheduled exam time may not be admitted.
Note: Violations of test behavior can result in disciplinary action, which can include loss of an exam attempt, revocation of your score, and even a ban from future attempts.
Your exam results will be displayed on the screen at the close of your exam. You’ll also be able to view your detailed score report in Oracle CertView.
If you need to cancel your exam, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance you risk forfeiting your exam attempt.
