Safra Catz

Chief Executive Officer, Oracle

Safra A. Catz is the Chief Executive Officer of Oracle Corporation and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. At Oracle, she previously served as President, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President. She is also a lecturer on the faculty of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Oracle Education Foundation since its founding in 2000 and has served as Chair since 2004. Safra is on the Board of Trustees of In-Q-Tel.

Previous to Oracle, she held various positions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette including Managing Director in Investment Banking. Safra also served on the Board of Directors for HSBC Holdings and The Walt Disney Company.

Chris Leone

Executive Vice President, Oracle Applications Development

Chris Leone is executive vice president of development for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management. He also oversees the AI team within the applications division, reinforcing Oracle's dedication to harnessing artificial intelligence for advanced solutions.

For more than 25 years, Chris has honed his expertise in developing enterprise software applications. He has been recognized as a tech influencer, a testament to his valuable contributions and industry knowledge. His leadership continues to empower organizations to unlock their full potential in the cloud.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

Mehdi Salour

Senior Vice President Operation and Support, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Mehdi Salour leads Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) technical operations, reliability, sovereign operations, and support services.

With OCI’s major focus on customers, Mehdi’s technical operations and support services ensure highest levels of service availability as well as satisfaction and responsiveness when customers need assistance. Under Mehdi's direction, the OCI Sovereign Cloud team manages dedicated, secure cloud environments tailored specifically for government and highly regulated sectors, ensuring compliance and isolation where needed.

Mehdi is passionate about availability and has over 20 years of experience delivering and supporting highly critical cloud communications solutions for enterprises around the globe. Prior to joining Oracle, Mehdi was the SVP of Global Network and DevOps for 8x8, where he led their global network, cloud and data center operations, enabling enterprise-grade service delivery, availability, and quality of service to be key differentiators for the company.

He holds a Master’s from San Jose State University in Software Engineering and over 40 patents.

Jenny Tsai-Smith

Senior Vice President, Product Management

Jenny Tsai-Smith is vice president of Oracle Database product management, leading inbound and outbound product management for Oracle Database, covering both on-premises products and cloud services, plus the associated options and add-on products. She shepherds products from design through development to production and drives their adoption. She has held leadership roles spanning technical support, education delivery, and acceleration of startups and scientific research.
