Introduction
By using the HeatWave vector store, we can get more accurate answers than ever, which is useful when creating user-friendly Q&A systems. In this use case, we’ll use Oracle HeatWave GenAI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to illustrate how much more accurate answers to domain-specific questions can be when using vector store versus a traditional data store method.
This solution uses data from public health sources, but it could be trained or supplemented with any data needed.
