In addition, Oracle is matching employee donations to humanitarian organizations and impacted employees in Ukraine. We are also providing Ukrainian employees with cash bonuses, housing options, and re-location services, as well as 24 hour / 7 days a week emergency support.

Oracle maintains a multi-sourcing strategy for the vast majority of our components and products to avoid delays that may impact customers. Oracle contractually requires suppliers to have business continuity plans in place with regular updates and reviews.

Oracle takes an impact-based approach to business continuity management by designing preparedness and response plans that address the availability of our workforce, workplaces, technologies, and critical interdependencies. The U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has stated, “While there are no specific or credible cyber threats to the U.S. homeland at this time, Russia’s unprovoked attack on Ukraine, which has involved cyber-attacks on Ukrainian government and critical infrastructure organizations, may impact organizations both within and beyond the region.”
