Panasonic Electric Works India is India’s market leader in providing electrical and construction materials, wiring devices, wires and cables, switch gears, lights, fans, modular housing units, and solar for commercial and consumer markets. As the company grew, it became too complex to manage its on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite ERP environments. System outages and slow performance led to lost  sales. Panasonic Electric Works decided to enlist Oracle Customer Success Services to help migrate the company’s ERP environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and optimize its database on Oracle Exadata Database Service within 45 days. With Oracle Cloud, the company reduced the size of its database by 50% and improved its internal customer satisfaction index for finance and supply chain operations by 75% and 55% respectively.
