Global Head of Oracle Social Impact and Executive Director of Oracle Education Foundation

As vice president of Social Impact, Colleen Cassity leads Oracle’s giving and volunteering programs, which advance education, promote health, strengthen communities, and protect the environment. She oversees Oracle Health Foundation, serves as executive director of Oracle Education Foundation, and looks after Design Tech High School (d.tech), located on Oracle’s Redwood Shores campus. Her team also produces the annual Oracle Environmental and Social Impact Report.

She joined Oracle in 2000 to start Oracle Education Foundation, which helps students learn technology, design thinking, and futures thinking—skills that prepare them to solve problems and shape a better future. Oracle Education Foundation also works with d.tech, which Colleen helped bring to Oracle’s campus, as well as Eastside Preparatory, the Ann Richards SchoolGuadalupe, and JA, and is actively exploring how to go bigger.

Prior to Oracle, Colleen helped build Juma Ventures, a national model for improving the life prospects of low-income, high-risk youth. She was named one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business by the San Francisco Business Times in 2019.
