Oracle Health Supplier Work At Risk (WAR) Notice
All subcontract services performed by a Supplier, and payment of fees by Oracle to Supplier related thereto, are subject to the terms of the applicable Oracle Health subcontract agreement, which must be executed by Oracle Health and the Supplier prior to the commencement of the applicable services. For Oracle Health Billable Subcontract Services, these subcontract agreements consist of a valid Master Agreement, related Statement of Work(s), and ancillary documents.
Existing Supplier with Legacy Cerner Master Services Agreement (MSA) for Entities
You agree that any Services performed prior to the execution of a Statement of Work (“Interim Period”) are subject to the terms of your Cerner Master Services Agreement (MSA) for Entities, as further supplemented by the Oracle Health Supplemental Terms – MSA here:
New Supplier, No Valid Oracle Health Agreement
You agree that any Services performed prior to the execution of a Statement of Work (“Interim Period”) are subject to the terms the current Oracle Health Services Provider Agreement (SPA). The following is a sample of the current version of the OH SPA:
