    • What is the Oracle Customer Edge Summit?

      The Oracle Customer Edge Summit brings together professionals in capital project management, construction and the utility industry.

    • When and where is the event?

      The confirmed dates of Oracle Customer Edge Summit are March 2 to 4, 2024 in Nashville, TN.

    • Who attends the Customer Edge Summit?

      The event is designed for Oracle’s energy and water and construction and engineering customers and prospects. The content is applicable for anyone using or considering these industry solutions.

    • Does it cost to attend, and how do I register?

      Oracle Customer Edge Summit is a paid event, and everyone must register to attend. To register, attendees will need to create an Oracle Account or sign into their existing account. If your registration is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The following exceptions qualify for complimentary registration:

      • Customer speakers
      • Executives within the private sector
    • Will there be a chance to network with industry leaders and peers?

      We designed the agenda with networking in mind. We offer several unique networking opportunities within the Oracle Customer Edge Summit agenda. There will be opportunities to share ideas, get insights, and ask questions of your peers, our partners, and Oracle product design and management teams.

    • What is the dress code for the event?

      Business casual attire is expected.

    • What is the theme of this event?

      The theme is Igniting Innovation.

    • Will customers be able to submit presentation topics for consideration?

      Yes! For the very first time, we’re issuing a call for abstracts for prospective speakers. Share your successes and challenges with other industry professionals. To submit your proposal, go to the Oracle Customer Edge Summit home page. Send us your proposal now through Monday, October 14, 2024.

    • Will the property have Wi-Fi?

      Yes, Wi-Fi will be available for you to use during the event.

    • Will meals be provided?

      Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided Monday, March 3 and Tuesday, March 4. The Welcome Reception at the Ryman Auditorium is also included in your registration fee.

    • How do I cancel if I cannot attend?

      Follow the cancellation instructions included in the confirmation or reminder emails.

    • When can I register?

      You can register today.

    • Will my registration request automatically be approved?

      After you complete the registration process, your request will be reviewed by our team, and you will receive a confirmation of your registration status by email. Please remember registration is limited to Oracle Energy and Water and Construction and Engineering customers and prospects.

    • My registration is still pending. What should I do?

      Our team is reviewing your registration and will confirm your attendance shortly.

    • Do I need to bring my registration confirmation to the event?

      The confirmation email is not required for event entrance. You will need a government-issued photo ID when checking in onsite.

    • Is there a deadline for registration?

      There is no deadline, you may even register onsite, unless the event reaches capacity at an earlier date. Space is limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible.

    • Where can I find venue and travel information?

      Venue and travel information can be accessed in the Attendee Portal after you’ve registered for the event.

    • What is the closest airport?

      The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is located at 1 Terminal Dr, Nashville, TN 37214.

Badges and event access

    • How do I get my badge and/or event tickets?

      Badges can be picked up upon entry to the event at the registration desk on Level 2 of the Summit Hotel.

    • What if I lose my badge or ticket?

      Visit the registration desk to obtain a replacement. Badges may not be shared and must be worn at all times.

    • Can someone else attend in my place if I’m unable to attend at the last minute?

      We will not be able to transfer registration confirmations to someone else’s name onsite. If you are unable to attend, please follow the cancellation instructions included in the confirmation or reminder emails.

    • Are badges required to gain access to sessions and events?

      Yes, you must wear your badge at all times. Badges will be required to gain access to the event area and all sessions.

    • Where can I find more information on the speakers?

      Speaker and session information will be shared soon.
