Móveis Esplanada is a furniture retailer in Brazil with 29 physical stores across the state of São Paulo. The company needed a cloud solution capable of providing connected and personalized experiences for online shoppers while boosting engagement, sales, and customer loyalty across all channels. Móveis Esplanada chose Oracle Commerce for its ability to support the company's medium- and long-term growth plans and help control costs with a fixed payment structure. With Oracle, Móveis Esplanada optimized website availability and page loading times, subsequently tripling the number of visits to its website. Oracle Commerce, part of the Oracle Customer Experience (CX) suite of applications, also contributed to growth in online sales. While running on its previous system in 2022, the retailer saw monthly revenue of R$400,000. In April 2023, five months after the implementation of Oracle Commerce, sales reached R$650,000.
