With Oracle Exadata Database Service on OCI, we have become more agile and faster at delivering new financial products and services to our clients. We trust our most important workloads to OCI while deploying fewer critical workloads on other cloud services in support of our multicloud strategy.

Marco BarioniCEO, Reale Group

Reale Group is a financial services firm with more than 4,000 employees and about €6 billion in annual revenue across operations in Italy, Spain, Greece, and Chile. Previously, the firm ran its most important workloads on Oracle Exadata Database in its own data centers. When it came time to update its on-premises hardware, Reale Group decided to work with Accenture to move its key workloads to Oracle Exadata Database Service on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to benefit from higher performance, greater scalability, and improved support for its multicloud strategies with Azure and others. After the implementation, the firm delivered products and services to market faster, creating new business opportunities for its employees and affiliated retail agencies. Plus, OCI’s automated maintenance capabilities freed IT staff to focus on product and service innovation instead of system management.
