With more than 700 stores globally, The Vitamin Shoppe has helped customers take control of their well-being with products, guidance, and personalized services. The company wanted to invigorate its email marketing efforts, because a significant number of email subscribers were lapsing over time due to a lack of engagement and new email privacy protections. It sought a dedicated program that would win back customers and also allow for personalized email frequency controls. It consulted with Oracle Digital Experience Agency, a part of Oracle Marketing applications and services, to create a new program that would engage customers and offer a more personalized experience. The company was able to re-activate about 3% of its subscriber file with daily emails, powered by Oracle Responsys Campaign Management.
