Dev Tour Berlin is a complimentary event, but you must register to attend. You’ll need to create or sign into an Oracle Account to register. If your registration is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

You may cancel your confirmed registration at any time. Send your request to the Dev Tour registration team via email at dev-tour-berlin@regsvcoracle.com. Cancellation of all travel and hotel reservations is your responsibility.
Oracle provides a lunch that accommodates a variety of dietary requirements. In Berlin, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals are all part of standard menu offerings.

Yes, you need to wear your conference badge throughout the event. If you lose your badge, it can be reprinted at the registration desk. A government-issued photo ID will be required.

Registrants are responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all applicable Germany immigration laws and should consult with their own employer for any required letters to support applications for visas and travel requirements.

To ensure all attendees have a safe and enjoyable event, bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats, and other items, which may conceal prohibited items, may be subject to search by security personnel. Weapons and illegal non-prescription drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on premises.
Items intentionally used to cause a distraction or disturbance to our speakers or attendees such as laser pointers, airhorns, megaphone/bullhorns, banners/signage, or items with similar intent are prohibited. Prohibited items discovered during security inspections must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle, hotel room, or discarded. Items will not be held for later pick-up.
