Navigate to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Ease of Access Center
Select “Set up High Contrast” option
By default, the High Contrast Theme options will be selected, else we need to select the checkboxes under High Contrast Theme option and Press “Ok” (for latter case you should click Apply and Ok)
Then press Alt+Shift+Print Screen keystrokes to turn on the High Contrast Mode. (Same keystroke combination is used to turn off the High Contrast mode)

To enable Large Fonts, we used the browser's Zoom option to view large fonts.

Use keystroke Ctrl++ to increase font size
Use keystroke Ctrl-- to decrease font size
