Accelerate Access Governance implementation with rapid application onboarding and the seamless extraction of data from multiple identity data sources, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (OCI IAM), and Oracle Identity Governance 12c. Achieve streamlined and compliant access control without compromising agility or security. Reduce costs and save time using the comprehensive IGA cloud service. With dynamic access control—including attribute-based, policy-based, and role-based access control—along with automated provisioning and deprovisioning, business owners can effortlessly handle on-demand entitlement management for human and nonhuman identities while adhering to the principle of least privilege.
Organizations with strict regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FedRAMP, can reduce the burden of disjointed and manual certification campaigns. Access Governance allows organizations to quickly set up periodic certification campaigns, event-based microcertifications, time-driven microcertifications, or OCI IAM policy and group membership reviews. Each campaign spans on-premises and cloud applications and cloud infrastructure entitlements. Access Governance provides managers and administrators with a single view of the information needed to determine if they should maintain or revoke access, including prescriptive recommendations with analytic insights.
Continually monitor access risk with the ability to quickly launch certification campaigns based on users, applications, cloud resources, or permissions. Organizations can automate user access reviews with micro-certifications based on events such as job code or organizational changes. Access Governance provides machine learning–enabled recommendations and uses advanced analytics to provide insights for user access or OCI IAM policy reviews. It allows bulk approval of low-risk entitlement items. Organizations can save time by focusing certification campaigns on high-risk items while automating certification for low-risk permissions.
When used in hybrid mode, Access Governance with Oracle Identity Governance 12c allows managers to renew or revoke access entitlements via a direct connection to Oracle Identity Governance. The native integration with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) allows OCI IAM policy reviews and remediation with zero data migration effort. Cross-system integrations save time by eliminating manual, error-prone processes between heterogeneous environments, allowing organizations to respond faster to security risks.
