Some releases of Oracle products contain the Certifi library provided by Kenneth Reitz under terms of the Mozilla Public License (MPL). The Certifi library is a 4th party dependency associated to the use of Python open source. Per Legal requirements, Oracle must make the Certifi object code and source code publicly available under the Mozilla Public License on a website completely separate from any other Oracle website offering downloads of Oracle proprietary code at least 12 months from the date of distribution. No modifications have been made by Oracle to any of the Certifi code provided by Kenneth Reitz.
