Some releases of Oracle products contain win32 libraries provided by Daniel J. Berger under terms of the Artistic License 2.0. These win32 libraries are 4th party dependencies associated to the use of Puppet open source. Per Legal requirements, Oracle must make the source code of these libraries publicly available under the Artistic 2.0 License on a website completely separate from any other Oracle website offering downloads of Oracle proprietary code at least 12 months from the date of distribution. No modifications have been made by Oracle to any of the win32 source code provided by Daniel J. Berger.
