VPAT® Version 2.3 - April 2019
Oracle Communications Security Edge Protection Proxy (OCSEPP) is a Cloud native solution based on microservice architecture, which acts as a non-transparent proxy sitting at the perimeter of the PLMN network enabling secured inter-NF communication across PLMN networks.
SEPP is accessible via CNC-Console product for which dependency is added.
The CNC Console product is configured by editing Helm chart templates that are provided with CNC Console. These Helm chart templates are files that can be edited using the operating system's editor such as vi or any other available editor. Customers will edit these templates to specify their network-specific attributes. See https://helm.sh/docs/intro/getting_started/ for a brief introduction to Helm charts. Representational State Transfer (REST)-based APIs are also provided by CNC Console and can be used using 'curl' to set more configurable parameters provided by CNC Console. The CNC Console GUI can also be used to access these REST-based APIs.
This VPAT applies to only version 22.4.0. It does not apply to any versions of Oracle Communications Cloud Native Core Security Edge Protection Proxy after this. This VPAT has been superseded by Oracle Communications Cloud Native Core Security Edge Protection Proxy 24.1.0.
