Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control System Monitoring Plug-in for Apache Tomcat

The System Monitoring Plug-in for Non Oracle Middleware for Apache Tomcat extends Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control to add support for managing Apache Tomcat and deployed applications. By deploying the plug-in in your Grid Control environment, you gain the following management features for Apache Tomcat:

• Monitor availability and performance
• Receive email and/or page notifications concerning potential problems surrounding availability, performance, and/or configuration dataPerform trend analysis on collected performance information
• View and compare configuration data, as well as track configuration changes
• Gain access to rich out-of-box reports
• Monitor via a remote Agent. For remote monitoring, the Agent does not need to be on the same computer as Apache Tomcat software.
