  • BUG 32885471: In the Conversation Messages page the column headers are not read when a particular cell item is read by a screen reader. Additionally, when the list page is searched the screen reader does not read the results count and results contents.
  • BUG 32696844: When viewing a conversation message thread, the subject field is read as an H2 tag, rather than a span tag.
  • BUG 32432321: When composing a conversation message, when recipients are added in the TO, CC, and BCC fields, the screen reader interprets the option to add another recipient as an extra recipient, leading the user to misunderstand the current number of recipients.
  • BUG 33050912: On the full record page for a Help Desk Request, there are no column labels provided for Milestones,  Add Team action,  and the last column of the Add Contact action.
  • BUG 33050904: On the Help Desk Request full details page, the screenreader reads the rows of the Add Contact table as one entire list.  Each row should be read separately.  The rows of the Add Team table are read as one entire list also.
  • BUG 32580701:  On the My Help landing page, some of the elements of the page are missing labels for a screen reader.
  • BUG 32117679:  On the Help Desk Request full details page, the Resolultion Details section is missing a heading.
  • BUG 32102146: On the My Help page, notification messages that are raised after the user submits an action do not have a meaningful label.
  • BUG 33017545: On the Help Desk Requests list page, the Group By and action menu icon do not have meaningful hover text or alternate labels
