  • When a module is selected from the home page, that module receives an additional label of 'Selected Item:' to indicate to the user which of the  cards is active. This additional label however is not disappearing when the user returns to the home page. (Bug #23050787)

  • In Screen Reader Mode, the Provide Feedback dialog (selected from the username menu) is not reachable via the keyboard. When opened, the focus is returned to the main application underneath the dialog. (Bug #19978363)
  • In a Review Instance, it is not possible to add comments to Report Packages via keyboard navigation. (bug #21510750)
  • When creating a Report Package using only the keyboard in Accessibility mode, the Define Process phase selections are not reachable via keyboard navigation. The tab order does not include these phase selections. (bug #21494304)
  • In Management Reports authoring it is not possible to add additional content to the report via the keyboard (Bug #26032400)
  • In a Management Report Preview, there is no keyboard method for paging/scrolling a multi-sheet report (Bug #26032432)
