Your Oracle Testing ID is your unique identifier for the Oracle Certification Program. It’s important that you only maintain one Oracle Testing ID and that you take all exams and submit all forms through CertView using a single Oracle Testing ID. This ID may have been referred to as a “Prometric ID” or “Candidate ID” in the past. This is not the same as a Sun Candidate ID.
Option 1: Go to education.oracle.com
CertView is your self-service portal for Oracle Certification. In CertView, you can create and manage your Oracle Certification profile; merge accounts; manage name changes; schedule, reschedule, and cancel exam appointments; update Oracle PartnerNetwork company details; and complete your course submission forms.
Due to privacy and legal restrictions, Oracle can’t provide verification of certification status to third parties such as employers, employment agencies, or government agencies without the candidate's direct involvement. Candidates must initiate the verification request using the self-service third-party verification tool accessible via Oracle's certification portal, CertView. Please instruct the individual wishing to verify their certification credential to follow these steps:
Users will be able to select the certification(s) they want to verify and enter the email address of the person who needs the verification. This person will receive two emails. One will contain a unique URL that will allow them to access the verification, and the second will contain a password that will allow them to access the unique URL. The URL and password will only be valid for a limited time, so be sure that the recipient validates the certification when they receive the emails.
No, you won’t get a free retake for a purchased exam. You’ll need to use one exam attempt every time you register to take the exam.

To maintain the integrity of our exams, Oracle doesn’t share information about the exam questions or correct answers with any third parties or customers. The score report in Oracle CertView lists the objectives you might have to focus on when you retake the exam.
Also, check the Exam Scoring Policy.
The scoring is an automated process and accurately reflects your exam score. However, if you still want a re-evaluation, please raise a service request by logging a ticket within 48 hours of your exam attempt. We won’t be able to honor any request for re-evaluation after the 48-hour window.
