SuiteAnswers is a customer portal for NetSuite customers providing a knowledge base and contact point for support enquiries. The product hosts content from multiple stakeholders, including help topics written by NetSuite's Technical Publications dept, and support articles written by Customer Support representatives. It also curates video content and provides chat-based assistance.
New help content is imported weekly and support articles are generated on-demand. SuiteAnswers is also the primary means for customers to generate online support tickets to NetSuite customer support.
