Derrek Gafford
Derrek Gafford Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Derrek Gafford serves as Executive Vice President and CFO of TrueBlue, a NYSE listed company providing human capital services. They support more than 100,000 customers that connect 700,000 people to work each year.

Derrek is responsible for strategy, investor relations, M&A, accounting, FP&A, risk management, order-to-cash, and internal audit functions. He is known for technology leadership on systems including JobstackTM and AffinixTM, digitizing TrueBlue businesses for staffing and recruitment process outsourcing. In addition, Derrek is a recognized leader on back office and cloud technology, directing the company’s first widescale movement to the cloud by replacing over 20 applications with Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM and HCM.

Similar to his responsibilities at TrueBlue, Derrek’s prior experience is largely in multi-location businesses, including Albertsons and Metropolitan Markets. He currently serves as a director for Heritage Distilling, the most awarded craft distillery in North America. His career began at Deloitte.

Derrek has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the Most Influential People in Staffing. He helped TrueBlue earn recognition from Forbes as one of America’s Most Trustworthy Companies based on its accounting and governance practices. He has also been recognized by Treasury and Risk magazine as a Corporate America Outstanding Executive, and by the Puget Sound Business Journal as Public Company CFO of the Year.

Chris Leone
Chris Leone Senior Vice President, HCM Applications Development, Oracle

Chris Leone is senior vice president of development for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, including Oracle Cloud HCM Suite and PeopleSoft. In this role, he’s responsible for the strategy and product management, development, and go-to-market functions that deliver modern HR in the cloud to global users.

For more than 25 years, Chris has developed enterprise software applications for large and midsize companies. He came to Oracle via its acquisition of PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for the product management and development activities for the company’s financial, project management, and enterprise performance management product lines. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Chris was vice president of products at Hyperion, where he was responsible for business performance management applications.

Leone earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University in California.

Rondy Ng
Rondy Ng Senior Vice President, ERP Applications Development, Oracle

Rondy Ng is senior vice president of ERP applications development at Oracle with responsibility for leading all aspects of product strategy, product development, and product delivery for Oracle’s ERP applications and cloud services. Under Ng’s leadership, Oracle has developed and delivered the new-generation market-leading enterprise proven Oracle ERP Cloud, with rapid adoption from thousands of midsize and multinational enterprises worldwide since 2013. Ng joined Oracle in 1990 and has held a variety of product development leadership positions within Oracle. He holds a Master of Science degree in computer and electrical engineering from Cornell University.

Jason T. Ringgenberg
Jason T. Ringgenberg Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer of YRC Worldwide (YRCW), Jason Ringgenberg leads the direction of technology at YRCW and its operating companies. Jason has responsibility for managing and directing the integrity, security and functionality of all IT systems, processes and support functions. YRCW companies have one of the largest, most comprehensive less-than-truckload (LTL) networks in North America with local, regional, national and international capabilities.

Before being named CIO at YRCW, Jason was a senior vice president at YRC Freight where he was instrumental in leading the company’s technology transformation.

Prior to joining YRC Freight in 2014, Jason was with Accenture for more than 20 years, serving most recently as a managing director in the North American Freight and Logistics practice. He has deep experience supporting global freight and logistics client efforts on IT and business processes projects.

Jason holds a BBA in Transportation & Logistics from Iowa State University and an MBA from The University of Oklahoma.
