The Oracle Communications Virtual Private Network (OCVPN) is a network application included in Oracle Communications Service Controller (OCSC). It provides a telecom operator with voice VPN (Virtual Private Network) capabilities and services traditionally associated with PBX-based (Private Branch Exchange based) voice VPN systems to mobile devices. Network operators use it to offer voice VPN services to subscribing organizations. Subscribers typically benefit from reduced charging rates for on-net calls, improved employee connectivity, and a consistent user experience for their employees across mobile and desktop telephones.
