VPAT® Version 2.3 - April 2019
Immunization Hub offers solutions that support public health and promote interoperability initiatives by facilitating communication between electronic health records and immunization registries. This helps promote public health initiatives by helping build more accurate longitudinal patient records and reduce possible administration of duplicate vaccines.
Immunization Registry Reporting allows providers to automatically push demographics and immunization data in near real-time from an EMR to immunization information systems. It supports many types of connectivity options such as HL7 transactions, near real-time methodologies using the CDC WSDL and RESTful services. Reporting contributes to building full longitudinal vaccine histories while eliminating manual entry of data into a state registry portal. Immunization Hub also acts as a connectivity gateway to multiple registries by using standard HL7 VXU (Unsolicited Vaccination Record Update) transactions.
Immunization Registry Query lets providers query registries for patients’ vaccine history and receive forecast data from within Oracle Health's EHR workflow. Users may import records into Oracle Health Millennium®, and they can be seen in immunization viewing components.
