- When and where is JavaOne 2025 taking place?
JavaOne will be hosted at Oracle’s corporate campus conference center in Redwood Shores, California, from March 18-20, 2025.
- What is the cost to attend?
General registration starts from $599 and public sector pricing starts from $499. Information on pass types and pricing for JavaOne can be found here.
- Where can I find a detailed agenda for the event?
View the agenda here for an overview of what’s happening at JavaOne. The agenda will also be available on the Oracle Events mobile app during the event.
- Where can I get visitor information about the area?

- Will there be meals that accommodate my dietary needs?
Included in your registration are meals that accommodate many dietary requirements. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals are part of the standard menu offerings and will be noted on menu cards in meal areas.
Halal, kosher, and celiac preferences for breakfast and lunch can be indicated during registration. For these specific meals, bring your registration confirmation email to the specialty meal pickup area in the meal service space at JavaOne. Meals are not assigned or held for individuals and are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-serve basis. Because quantities are limited, your meal choice may not be available at some locations.
We’ll attempt to accommodate other special requests, although we cannot guarantee the ability to fulfill every request.
- What inclusive accommodations and amenities are available at JavaOne?
You’ll find dedicated all-gender restrooms at the Oracle corporate campus conference center. Oracle will also provide accessible seating for attendees and accessible stages for presenters.
During registration, registrants may inform us if they need additional assistance. Please review the terms and conditions relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

- How can I register for JavaOne?
To register for JavaOne 2025, visit the passes and pricing page on this website and click the registration button for either individual or public sector registration pass types. You must create or sign in to your Oracle account to register.
- Where can I get help with my Oracle account?
You can visit the Oracle account help page to troubleshoot issues or submit a help request.
- What payment methods are accepted for conference registration?
Payment in US dollars can be provided at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa)
Checks and wire transfers are not accepted forms for registration payment.
- How can I get a copy of my receipt or settled invoice?
A copy of your settled invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email after you register. If you need additional invoice copies, please contact the JavaOne registration team at javaone@regsvcoracle.com.
- What are the travel restrictions and requirements for entering the US?
Attendees are responsible for researching, understanding, and complying with any restrictions and/or health and quarantine requirements for entering the US based upon your country of departure.
- How are visas handled for travel to the US for JavaOne?
Oracle doesn’t issue documents or letters in connection with US visas or immigration matters for customers, partners, contractors, media, and other non-employees. Event attendees should consult with their own employers for any required letters to support applications for visas and travel requirements.
- What expenses am I responsible for when traveling to JavaOne?
If you require travel to attend this event, all reservations and expenses—such as airfare, non-conference meals, ground transportation to/from the event, and hotel accommodations—are your responsibility.
- Can someone else use my existing registration?
Yes. You can request a substitution by sending an email to the JavaOne registration team at javaone@regsvcoracle.com. Include the names of both the original and substitute registrants in your request. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5 p.m. PST on March 14, 2025, and are subject to approval by the JavaOne registration team. For more information on substitutions, refer to the terms and conditions.
- How do I cancel registration?
All cancellation requests must be received via email and sent to the JavaOne registration team at javaone@regsvcoracle.com. Refunds will only be offered for eligible cancellations. Cancellations received before February 4, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. PST are eligible for a full refund (minus the processing fee). Cancellations made after February 4, 2025 at 5:00 pm PST but before March 4, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. PST are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after 5:01 PST on March 4, 2025 are not eligible for a refund. For more details, see our cancellation policy in the terms and conditions.
Please remember that cancellation of hotel and travel arrangements is your responsibility.
- Who should I contact if I require special assistance onsite?
During the registration process, you’ll be prompted to indicate if you need on-site assistance such as wheelchair access or assistance for the hearing or sight impaired. Your contact information will be provided to a third-party vendor who will arrange the required services and assist with your needs. For more information, read the terms and conditions. - Do I need to wear my badge all the time at JavaOne?
Yes. For security, you will need to wear your conference badge while attending the event. Please note that badges cannot be given to or shared with another attendee, and non-compliance may result in the badge being confiscated or the attendee being asked to leave the event.
- What should I do if I Iose my badge?
If you lose your badge, visit the Oracle registration desk at the event for assistance. You will need to present a government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) to receive a replacement badge. An additional replacement processing fee of US$75 may apply.
