To expand its real estate investment and development portfolio in Portugal, Mercan Properties prioritized responding swiftly to market changes. For its new hotels, the hospitality group selected Oracle MICROS Simphony Point-of-Sale (POS) and Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management because the solutions provided the flexibility, enhanced security, and ease of use Mercan needed to add and remove properties in its IT systems as quickly as it bought and sold them.
