Oracle Health Messenger supports clinical mobility by providing secure communication, simplifying care-team collaboration, and supporting effective alert management.  With a focus on workflows that support voice communication, text messaging, video chat and alerting on a single device, Oracle Health Messenger unifies clinical communication across roles and venues. It is a web application that runs on iOS and Android devices.

The scope of this report is related to text messaging and alerting workflows. The iOS app version is 3.27.0, and the Android app version is 3.28.3.
