Integrate cost and schedule management

The integrated Primavera cost and schedule solution, part of Oracle Smart Construction Platform, ties cost codes in Primavera Unifier to the cost breakdown structure (CBS) and work breakdown structures in Primavera scheduling solutions, enabling automatic updates, eliminating double entry, and preventing error-prone manual steps.

The CBS is fed from Primavera Unifier to the Primavera P6 activity sheet, where the CBS is assigned to the relevant schedule activities and then fed back to the Primavera Unifier cash flow curve to provide a schedule-based cash flow.

Get a real-time view of progress against the plan

The schedule feeds the x-axis and the cost sheet feeds the y-axis of the cash flow roll-up, providing an always-current view of progress against the plan.

Easily track deliverables

Deliverables are tracked in Primavera Unifier by due dates provided by the Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management schedule. Dependencies and durations are tracked in the schedule. An integrated solution gives you the full picture and tells you if the sign-offs and deliverables associated with an activity have been completed.

Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management data feeds the Primavera Unifier activity sheet. Project managers and team members can easily access and keep track of the project schedule and progress without having to access Primavera P6 directly or wait for updates from schedulers.

Approved changes with cost and/or schedule impacts automatically update the associated contract commits, cost sheet, and schedule-based cash flow. The scheduler is notified within Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management, to keep information accurate and up to date, speed approvals and contract changes, support pay application verification between owner and contractor, and keep the project moving.

Once a pay application is paid, the commit amount is decreased by that amount. Error-prone double entry is eliminated, updates are expedited, and projects can stay on track.
