Introduction

We often get a firehose of data when attempting to uncover the root cause of a problem. The real problem isn’t a lack of information. It’s a diminished capacity to hold it all in our heads and make sense of what we’re seeing. This is where Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI shines. It ingests real-time data and uses a query-based system in plain language to gain insights for actionable information in supply chain management, logistics, healthcare, and other fields.

In this project, we’ll apply OCI Generative AI’s powerful technology to perform root cause analysis and problem-solving in a supply chain. We’ll generate answers, not just information, that can lead us to results.
