Database to Be Migrated

The DMU is supported to migrate databases in version 11.2.0.4 and later on all platforms except IBM z/OS and Fujitsu BS2000.

Configurations under Sustaining Support

The current DMU release does not allow connections to databases in releases older than 11.2.0.4. To migrate an older database, you need to install DMU 2.1, which is available from My Oracle Support (MOS). See the Getting Started page for more information.

Note: Databases releases older than 11.2.0.4 are covered by Sustaining Support only; so is their migration process with DMU 2.1.

Configurations under Sustaining Support page lists older configurations that are supported by DMU 2.1.
