What happens to my MBX payment?

Your MBX payment will be refunded in full.
How will I receive my refund?
Your Events Account Manager will email you to collect:
- Your refund preference of wire or check.
- All necessary banking information.
How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once you confirm your refund and provide us with your banking information, please anticipate up to 16 weeks for refund.
What happens to my MBX sponsorship contract?

Your contract is terminated. Your company’s contact named in your sponsorship contract received written notice of event cancellation and contract termination on June 18, 2020. The email was sent from Modern Business Experience with the subject line, “Conference Updates.” This is your company’s official legal notice from Oracle that the MBX 2020 live event has been cancelled and your sponsorship contract for MBX 2020 is now terminated.
When will we learn about future event sponsorship opportunities?
