Product Description:

The Oracle Health Insurance Components suite (OHI) is composed of several applications such as OHI Value Based Payments, OHI Claims Adjudication (Claims), OHI Policies, OHI Authorizations and OHI Product Definition. Claims processing is one of the core processes of a healthcare insurer & Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) Claims Adjudication is an application which supports the claims processing of a healthcare insurer. OHI Claims consists of Oracle Health Insurance Claims Adjudication, Oracle Health Insurance Claims Pricing and Oracle Insurance Claims Management Cloud Service products.

The product UI uses Oracle ADF Faces Rich Client Components 12.2.1.3.0  as well as Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit (JET) 8.0.0 .

  • Bug 25239039: Jump to line functionality with the screen reader does not work with click of J command
  • Bug 25228223:  The keys ctrl+ins+i with screen reader should show the list items present in the page but it does not happen.
  • Bug 31529019: Advanced Search Box is not reachable through keyboard in Firefox browser.
  • Bug 31528989: Not able to access gear icon with LOV using keyboard on create group client page
