Exceptions: - The modal dialog windows used for all updates in the Account Administration sections of the My Services and My Accounts modules are very difficult to use with a screen reader. Although user focus is set to the first focusable element in the dialog when it opens, the dialog title is not announced, nor is any other additional instructional information. The screen reader's context remains at the full page, rather than at the dialog and its contents, meaning the elements on the whole page are presented by the screen reader, instead of just those within the dialog. Also, pressing the ENTER key can sometimes cause the dialog to close inadvertently. This issue is tracked with Oracle bugs 14748725 and 14749081.
- The modal dialog windows that are used as part of the sign-up process for some services and also for all of the 'Contact Us' style dialogs inconsistently inform a screen reader user that the dialog has opened. This issue is tracked with Oracle bug 14809452.
