Our commitment to openness in AI data center communities

Oracle is investing in the infrastructure that will help sustain America’s technological leadership. We believe that investment should be accompanied by open communication with the communities where we build and operate.

Consistent with our commitment to keeping communities informed, Oracle will not require nondisclosure or confidentiality agreements with state and local governments in connection with our AI data center projects going forward. Communities should have access to information about these projects and the opportunity to hear directly from their public officials. While we can't make commitments on behalf of our development partners, we will encourage them to take a similar approach.

We work closely with state and local officials, labor unions, community groups, and educational institutions to help people understand our investments and the taxes and other benefits they bring. Openness and transparency will remain central to how we engage with the communities we join.
