Oracle University Skills Development Initiative

Oracle is committed to closing the digital skills gap and helping the next generation of technology leaders develop the skills and expertise they’ll need to succeed. Through the Skills Development Initiative, Oracle collaborates with government institutions, nongovernmental organizations, and national agencies to accelerate digital transformation initiatives around the world by jointly investing in developing local technology talent and supporting job placements.

Naan Mudhalvan

Naan Mudhalvan

Since January 2024, Oracle University has partnered with the Indian State Government of Tamil Nadu’s Naan Mudhalvan program to train young people to develop strong foundational expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. To date, more than 52,000 students have registered, trained, been certified, and received credits toward their degree completion.

UK-Ukraine TechBridge

Oracle University’s TechBridge program aims to connect UK and Ukrainian technology businesses and provide technical training to help build resilience and continue the development of Ukraine’s technology sector. The program is committed to training and upskilling up to 40,000 Ukrainians.
