Oracle Health Sciences Information Manager (HIM) (Updated) 3.0

Product Description:

The Oracle Health Sciences Information manager (OHIM)  components leverages Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) profiles to help in orchestrating secure health information exchanges over the Internet and to provide a standards based services of Document Registry (HRL) and Audit Record Repository(PM).
OHIM has two components Health Record Locator (HRL) and Policy Monitor (PM). Both components do not have User Interface in this release. Health Record Locator (HRL) provide SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) based Web Services, where as Policy Monitor (PM)  through User Datagram Protocol (UDP) and  Transport Layer Security (TLS) based services. Each of these components are independent of each other in a sense they do not need Oracle implemented component but can inter-operate with Integrating Health Enterprises (IHE) compliant components. 

IHE compliant Document Consumer actors are the typical users of the Health Record Locator (HRL) and are user facing with User Interface. The IHE Document Consumer actor is a third party product and not covered by this VPAT.

Installation is done through command line process.
