Meeting the Expertise requirements below recognizes your company as having proficiency to migrate database instances to Oracle Cloud, within the declared regional market. Companies with multiple entities in the same regional market are allowed to pool their resources across that regional market to meet the required Qualifiers for this Expertise. All Qualifiers must be attained within the same regional market.
