VPAT® Version 2.3 - April 2019
Dynamic Documentation automates the creation of a clinical note relating to care delivery. With Dynamic Documentation, the note aggregates chart information from clinical documentation entered using a variety of methods to meet the needs of physicians in varied care settings.
Dynamic Documentation provides the following features:
