Global IT Factory turns to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to power its CMS product

Global IT Factory provides educational institutions with a Curriculum Management System (CMS), which helps academics define, create, amend, and update curriculum that is offered to students.

Plus, Oracle had a number of cost-effective, ready-to-use security services.

After implementing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Global IT Factory enjoyed high availability with zero outages that would affect customers. Also, the company did not receive any negative feedback from its customers regarding application responsiveness.

Its development and security staff could count on help from the Oracle ISV team to solve problems, optimize existing functions and features, and adopt best practices. For instance, Oracle guided them to optimize database-as-a-service costs and extract the most value.

The proactive Oracle team even extended its support to include co-funded marketing initiatives.

In the near future, Global IT Factory plans to expand its use of Oracle Cloud Guard and adopt OCI Kubernetes Engine (OKE) for automated deployment and scaling. Over the longer term, it plans to implement Oracle AI and machine learning services.
